Regional Vice President, Executive Service

• The Vice President, Advanced Planning is a client-facing role that serves as a financial planning and estate planning subject matter authority for Fidelity’s high net worth clients and their advisors.
• The Advanced Planner leads a comprehensive financial and estate planning engagement leveraging various financial planning tools such as eMoney.
• The role is supported by an Advanced Planning Analyst, and together as a team will support advanced planning client engagements throughout a geographic region.
• We primarily use video technology to function remotely in addition to meeting clients and advisors in investor centers across the region.
• Travel is typically expected between 5% and 20% of the time, depending on physical proximity to regional sites and investor centers.
• The role is remote but does require residing within commuting distance to an Investor Center or Regional Center in the states of MA, RI, CT or NH.

VP, Advanced Planning

• Lead GenAI projects with diverse scope and complex business and technical challenges
• Coordinate with senior business and technology partners to develop solutions to the most complex business analytical needs
• Oversee end-to-end process to push code from research to production
• Deliver results with clear and measurable impact to the business
• Consult with senior business and technology partners to identify priorities and establish analytic goals, as well as form alignment on next steps
• Execute on direction for data identification, collection and qualification activities
• Present reports and findings to senior technical and non-technical audiences
• Enjoy collaboration and revels in working as part of a team to solve deep applied problems
• Execute on multiple initiatives in parallel
• Play an active mentorship role to others in the team

Vice President – GenAI Technology

• Own RSAC’s portfolio of executive programs and transform these communities from event-anchored touchpoints into a sustained, trusted, and ultimately monetizable line of business.
• Deliver high-value experience for key CISO communities at RSAC Conference — through closed-door meetings and curated programming — to ensure continued CISO attendance.
• Create loyalty with CISOs that translates into year-round engagement on RSAC’s membership platform and additional in-person and virtual gathering points.
• Further develop RSAC’s fraud footprint, evolving eFG to the next stage with membership and economic impact, as well as key partnerships.
• Lead the Executive Communities Portfolio and oversee all RSAC Executive Communities, with responsibility for full-time employees and contractors; set vision, structure, operating cadence, and performance standards for the team.
• Partner with the RSAC product team to articulate platform requirements for year-round engagement across executive communities.
• Develop business plan for eFG and explore opportunities for sustainable financial models.

• Establish and lead a robust data governance program and operating model.
