About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • lead the General Ledger replacement initiative for Corporate Accounting
  • drive program planning, execution and delivery for critical transformation efforts
  • partner closely with Corporate Services Technology and external partners
  • establish program governance and execution model
  • deliver a modern, scalable general ledger aligned with business priorities
  • provide program and delivery guidance across major accounting system evaluations and implementations
  • lead a team spanning program management and technology strategy & planning

  • ensure transparency through clear communication with senior leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15+ years of accounting, finance, or large-scale transformation programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information technology or another related field
  • Demonstrated experience leading large, complex transformation or system implementation programs
  • Strong program management expertise, including governance, risk management, change management, and executive reporting
  • Proven ability to define and execute long-term strategic roadmaps aligned to business objectives
  • Deep understanding of accounting processes, financial controls, and regulatory considerations
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional teams spanning business, technology, and operations
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at senior leadership levels
  • Experience with change management strategies and driving organizational adoption at scale
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and deliver results
  • Ability to challenge conventional ideas and find innovative solutions
