Key responsibilities & impact

lead the General Ledger replacement initiative for Corporate Accounting
drive program planning, execution and delivery for critical transformation efforts
partner closely with Corporate Services Technology and external partners
establish program governance and execution model
deliver a modern, scalable general ledger aligned with business priorities
provide program and delivery guidance across major accounting system evaluations and implementations
lead a team spanning program management and technology strategy & planning
establish strong program governance and disciplined execution
ensure transparency through clear communication with senior leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of accounting, finance, or large-scale transformation programs
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information technology or another related field
Demonstrated experience leading large, complex transformation or system implementation programs
Strong program management expertise, including governance, risk management, change management, and executive reporting
Proven ability to define and execute long-term strategic roadmaps aligned to business objectives
Deep understanding of accounting processes, financial controls, and regulatory considerations
Experience leading large, cross-functional teams spanning business, technology, and operations
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at senior leadership levels
Experience with change management strategies and driving organizational adoption at scale
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and deliver results
Ability to challenge conventional ideas and find innovative solutions
