• Optimize field coverage, account prioritization, and commercial focus
• Drive predictable performance through clear targets and robust forecasting
• Ensure the few distributor and value-added reseller relationships are strategically aligned
• Lead the Western Europe HDx commercial organization
• Define and execute the HDx go-to-market strategy
• Drive commercial performance across the region
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Divisions, Finance, Legal, Operations, Service, and Applications
