Technical Project Manager

• Develop Statements of Work:
• - Participate in scoping meetings with customers to document customer requirements, scope, assumptions, constraints and risks
• - Work with Solution Architects and other SME’s to develop accurate Work Breakdown Structures to meet identified customer requirements
• - Support the development of standard SOW templates for defined Coretek Solution Offerings
• - Take scope, WBS, assumptions and other inputs and generate clear and accurate Statements of Work using Standard Coretek SOW templates where they exist
• - Submit and manage SOW’s assigned through the standard Coretek SOW approval process
• - Own Successful Project Delivery of Assigned Projects
• - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• - Ensure resource availability and allocation for both customer/external and Coretek resources
• - Hold customer, external, and Coretek resources accountable to their projects commitments and escalate to Customer and Coretek management as needed when project success is at risk
• - Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track financial and schedule progress by project phase
• - Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• - Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• - Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• - Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• - Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• - Provide the appropriate level of Executive and Project Team level Status Reporting
• - Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• - Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• - Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
• - Use and continually develop leadership skills
• - Perform other related duties as assigned

IT Project Manager

• Own and drive end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects and client engagements.
• Manage delivery timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication across programs.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure high-quality execution and timely delivery.
• Drive delivery governance through regular reviews, planning, reporting, and escalation management.
• Ensure strong alignment between business expectations, technical teams, and customer deliverables.
• Monitor project health through delivery metrics, utilization, quality benchmarks, and operational KPIs.
• Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation plans proactively.
• Support resource planning, team allocation, capacity management, and delivery forecasting.
• Mentor delivery teams and foster a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.

Technical Delivery Manager

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements for projects and initiatives.
• Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation including process maps, data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, project initiation documents, status updates and more.
• Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Solution Analysis: Work closely with technical teams to conduct options analysis, assess feasibility and operational impact, quantify potential business benefits and contribute to business case development.
• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, resources, budget, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and ensure that team members have the necessary tools, skills, and support to successfully execute project tasks.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on project objectives and timelines.
• Post-Implementation Review: Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement process improvements for future projects.

Software Project Manager

• The Project Manager is accountable for an internal customer programme (collection of projects managed together for business benefits) or project for an assigned product and / or service scope.
• Assigns tasks to the project team and manages project resources and stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered in agreed scope and within forecasted costs, time, and required quality.
• Responsible for the overall project success with respect to internal customer satisfaction, financial results, health & safety control activities, and operational delivery performance.
• Responsible for the project planning, scheduling, and risk and opportunity management.

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent project workstreams with minimal supervision
• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet objectives, scope, and sprint goals, ensuring compliance with project management standards and methodologies
• Act as a guardian of data integrity by leading a governance framework that ensures our data is usable and secure
• Eliminate reporting noise and implement a single-source-of-truth across Salesforce data assets through rigorous role-based access controls and standardized data definitions
• Lead the strategy and execution for migrating front-end visualization assets as our business intelligence tools may evolve, ensuring value-integrity through the shift
• Shift the organization from ad-hoc reporting to scalable data products that drive action and empower associates with deep customer context and operational intelligence
• Pilot and implement AI-driven analytics, including Natural Language Querying, Predictive Insights, and anomaly detection within Salesforce and BI tools to accelerate decision-making
• Partner with stakeholders and Business Intelligence & Engineering teams to translate high-level business vision into actionable technical requirements
• Audit the existing report inventory to eliminate value-eroding noise and foster a culture of innovation and optimization
• Advise stakeholders on impact measurements and provide clear visibility through advanced data products
• Exercise good judgment to identify and resolve project-related issues and risks

Technical Project Manager – Data & Governance

• Manage full lifecycle migration of virtual machines, databases, applications, and data to Azure using tools such as Azure Migrate, Azure Site Recovery, and Database Migration Service.
• Collaborate with developers, database administrators, system administrators, and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless migration execution.
• Monitor post‑migration performance, security, and system reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve migration‑related issues and conduct detailed root cause analysis.
• Deliver clear documentation and knowledge transfer to support ongoing maintenance.
• Perform L3‑level administration activities including installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of infrastructure systems.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement remediation actions to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Apply OS security hardening techniques aligned with company and industry best practices.
• Use scripting languages such as Bash or Python to automate activities and support enterprise automation initiatives.
