Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and lead multiple projects concurrently with expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Project Planning & Scheduling: Lead projects from requirements definition through to deployment, ensuring schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans are accurately created.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring effective project execution in collaboration with project staff.
Progress Monitoring & Adaptation: Analyze project progress and adapt project scope, timelines, and costs as necessary.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
Agile & Waterfall Methodology Coordination: Lead Scrum ceremonies in a hybrid Agile environment.
SDLC Governance: Review project artefacts for correctness and completeness.
Project Resourcing & Cost Management: Manage project resourcing, ensuring accurate tracking of actuals and estimates.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor Degree in relevant field with 6- 8 years of relevant experience
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager/Engineering Manager. Ideal 8-10 years’ experience in IT.
Finance domain literacy - exposure to P2P, O2C, or R2R processes
Proven experience managing at least 2 projects in parallel.
At least 2 projects were managed using Agile methodology as a Scrum Master.
At least 2 projects were managed in a Waterfall environment as a Project Manager.
Demonstrated ability to manage a project end-to-end from initiation to closure.
Experience in consulting or client-facing environments, with a focus on managing client expectations and requirements.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail in tracking deliverables, KPIs, and project milestones.
Ability to collaborate across teams, influence decision-making, and foster a high-performance culture within the delivery team.
Relevant certifications such as PMI, Prince2, SAFe Agile, CPMAI etc.
