About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements for projects and initiatives.
  • Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation including process maps, data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, project initiation documents, status updates and more.
  • Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Solution Analysis: Work closely with technical teams to conduct options analysis, assess feasibility and operational impact, quantify potential business benefits and contribute to business case development.
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, resources, budget, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and ensure that team members have the necessary tools, skills, and support to successfully execute project tasks.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on project objectives and timelines.
  • Post-Implementation Review: Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement process improvements for future projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience delivering technology projects with other roles such as Business Analysts, Project Managers, Developers / Engineers, QA, Release Management and Service Management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, understanding organizational political dynamics and confidently presenting data and status updates to senior management
  • Excellent organizational skills to continuously keep project artifacts up to date (e.g. minutes, actions, RAID logs, to-do lists and project plans) and methodically leveraging these insights
  • Proactively investigating and analyzing situations and information and synthesizing insights into polished and useful artifacts (e.g. data flow diagrams, process maps, requirements documents, etc.)
  • Ability to understand product requirement documents, work with Agile & SCRUM methodologies.
  • Possesses robust systems thinking of integrations, data, systems and technologies
  • Previous experience with NetSuite or similar finance systems.
  • High business-level proficiency in English
  • Must be time-zone flexible to engage globally distributed stakeholders
  • It would be very beneficial if the candidate comes from an IT Business Analyst background.
  • Proficiency in Spanish
  • Proficiency in Project Management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.)
  • Technical / engineering proficiency
  • Prior experience in Professional Services Consulting
