About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leads the planning, organization, and execution of large-scale, multi-team digital programs
- Drives end-to-end delivery across multiple agile teams, managing dependencies, risks, and governance
- Manage delivery across multiple domain teams operating on a shared platform
- Drive integrated delivery plans with clear dependency mapping across teams
- Establish and enforce domain ownership accountability and boundaries
- Lead execution of migration and retirement programs
- Facilitate Scrum-of-Scrums / program-level forums to ensure aligned execution
- Monitor delivery health using dashboards, metrics, and progress trackers
- Act as primary interface between engineering, product, and business stakeholders
- Define and track program-level KPIs, OKRs, and success metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years in digital / IT project or program management
- Domain Experience: eCommerce platforms, digital applications, or large-scale enterprise systems (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree (IT / Computer Science / related field)
- Certifications: Agile / Scrum / PMP (preferred)
