• Lead the strategy, governance, and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs across a GMP-regulated life sciences manufacturing network
• Ensure equipment, utilities, and facilities operate at peak reliability for uninterrupted production

• Own stakeholder engagement: partner with engineering, security, procurement, legal, finance and vendor partners to align objectives, negotiate scope, and remove blockers
• Drive integration and interoperability across CMDBs, SAM tools, discovery engines, billing platforms, and procurement systems
• Build and maintain dashboards, executive metrics, and reports that surface asset/license posture, cost drivers, and compliance risk
• Develop policies, playbooks, and adoption programs that operationalize CoE capabilities across the enterprise
