Manage the product roadmap for identified areas by defining and delivering the next generation of insurance services.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience in product management.
5+ years product management and/or product design
5+ years managing complex initiatives from initiation to completion using product management processes and best practices.
Experience in defining and implementing product metrics to track performance and success.
Experience handling all stages of product delivery.
Experience contributing to tech discussions and product strategy.
Experience managing technical products or online services.
Experience representing various customers and stakeholders during planning.
Agency and insurance background strongly preferred
Experience supporting operational improvement, tooling, reporting, or cross-functional delivery
Experience working across multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders
Experience using automation or AI-enabled capabilities to improve efficiency or customer experience
Experience mentoring and coaching other TPMs or providing day-to-day leadership in a dotted-line capacity.
