Technical Account Manager

• Participate in project-level technical due diligence for new investments and loans from origination through approval and operations for renewable energy investments as well as project finance expansion within the Energy and Power verticals.
• Identify potential risk areas and key issues for additional review, and/or detailed analysis and assessment and possible mitigation approaches.
• Collaborate with other functional groups to evaluate issues and identify solutions.
• Track emerging industry issues, developments and trends in technical areas relevant to the business pipeline.
• Provide input on 3rd party technical due diligence scope and oversee activities of outside technical consultants.
• Assess technical aspects of customer’s financial models, customer/equipment experience, and customer/equipment performance.
• As needed, inspect assets being considered for financing and assets associated with existing investments.
• Produce internal written documentation relating to the findings and mitigants of technical, equipment, market, and commercial issues and communicate insights to internal parties including Credit Risk Management and Environmental Finance management.
• Assist asset management personnel in identifying, investigating and resolving equipment and portfolio performance issues.
• Establish technical policies, procedures, and training documentation for accomplishing Environmental Finance group’s tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of Project Management policies and processes by periodically leading or co-leading the underwriting, structuring, and negotiating of investments in projects that contain unique technical aspects.
• Support Asset Management technical needs and requests related to existing large portfolio of assets and incorporate asset and equipment performance experience into underwriting standards.
• Support Business Development in screening investment opportunities, evaluating the developing trends in renewable energy, and setting standards for investment in emerging technologies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with the renewable energy technical community including independent engineers, equipment suppliers, and service providers.
• Collaborate with peers, counterparties, and third-party consultants to resolve issues and negotiate solutions.
• 10% travel to perform periodic site visits, attend conferences, and customer meetings.

Environmental Finance – Engineering Technical Services Manager

• Guide customers through onboarding and implementation by coordinating with delivery teams.
• Drive adoption, overall health, value realization, and renewal readiness, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Build trust and develop strong, multi-threaded relationships across business and technical stakeholders to drive mutual value.
• Knowledgeable of key product use cases and expected outcomes to guide customers toward best-practice adoption.
• Proactively maintain an accurate rolling 4-quarter outlook of attrition forecast and maniacally manage customer health.
• Actively engage with customer to calculate ROI derived from Adobe solutions (Productivity and Business Value).
• Identify expansion opportunities through product-usage insights, evolving customer needs, and cross-sell alignment.

Account Manager

• Act as primary technical liaison, providing real-time updates and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer cases, file processing delays, and system performance issues.
• Coordinate with Cloud Ops and Engineering to execute customer tasks and resolve technical issues.
• Support Customer Success Managers in QBRs, executive presentations, and account strategy.
• Track customer enhancements, deliver reports/dashboards, and monitor incident response.
• Lead training/workshops to improve customer knowledge of products.

• Communicate with assigned partner organizations to build relationships, ensure they are finding success with AutoStore products, and ensure that they understand how to solve any issues being experienced.
• Conduct reviews of cases through various platforms to ensure progress is being made and communicate status with both internal and external partners.
• Participate in both technically focused and business outcome focused meetings with customers/partners, and be viewed as a problem solver by those organizations
• Create documentation around how to solve issues that are experienced, in order to speed future resolution of similar issues.
• Become an expert on all aspects of AutoStore’s technology and products, and utilize that expertise to drive value for partners and customers
• Run regular meetings, monitor system performance, and inform partners about appropriate identified issues and recommend solutions.
• Travel on-site to assist partners with high-level technical issues
• Establish and maintain a trusted relationship with key stakeholders internally and externally
• Work closely with Sales Teams, R&D and other departments to ensure Service and Support readiness and provide feedback from the department
• Engage in training delivery in line with The AutoStore Academy
• Proactively review partners, issues, and maintenance to ensure a high standard of product utilization and a low level of incidents
• Conduct yearly service reviews to share a partner progress report, understand needs, capabilities and growth.

• Act as the trusted technology advisor to a base of accounts.
• Act as single point of contact for all complex support requirements as they pertain to the assigned customers’ environment.
• Partner with Flexential Sales to cultivate and capitalize on new opportunities.
• Assist sales and sales engineering in the development of cost effective, operationally supportable solutions that meet complex customer requirements.
• Contribute to Flexential process improvement initiatives tailored to improve customer satisfaction.
• Analyze performance improvements, risk assessment on customer environment and provide recommendations.
• Ensure effective ownership, communication, coordination, and facilitation of support service activities between Flexential departments and strategic accounts.
• Lead customer requested meetings, quarterly business reviews, and other service and strategic discussions.
• Represent customer requirements in Flexential product roadmap discussions and governance meetings.
• Document and map customer roadmaps to Flexential pipeline.
• Identify and lead unique continuous improvement activities in support of customer.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget and to satisfaction of client.
• Ensure complete understanding of project scope by technical teams and client.
• Coordinate with the technical teams, vendor(s), and client delivery team to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones.

Cloud Technical Account Manager

• Own post-sale technical relationships to guide customers in building solutions for cloud discovery, EDR correlation, and vulnerability data integration.
• Execute technical reviews and document platform business impact, feature requests, and adoption blockers to align development with customer value.
• Train customers on product usage, Advanced Query Wizard logic, and building automated workflows such as ticketing for high-risk assets.
• Monitor implementation risk factors, track shifts in customer leadership, and execute remediation plans to resolve deployment hurdles.

• Collaborate regularly with Sales Engineers and Solution Architects to identify strategies that enable customers to achieve their business goals and recommend these proactively to customers
• Develop a deep understanding of your assigned customer's environment, use cases, and challenges and provide expert technical advice post-production
• Develop, manage, and implement a strategy for efficient workload consumption
• Work with Snowflake Product and Engineering teams to access new product features, private previews, and platform upgrade requirements
• Act as the technical advisor for production workloads, often advising on multiple use cases within large, complex organizations
• Monitor incoming cases for assigned customers and interpret issues and potential business impact to provide contextual technical guidance to the support engineers to expedite issue resolution
• Utilize resources from Performance Engineering, Professional Services, Incident Management, and Support Engineering, while also engaging other specialized technical experts for tasks beyond your expertise
• Willingness to travel regionally to customer locations, deliver on-site solutions, and build strong customer relationships

Senior Technical Account Manager

• Execute Day 2 Platform Operations: Provide hands-on administration, integration support, and maintenance for Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments. Manage system patching, version upgrades, performance tuning, and overall platform stability.
• Onsite Presence: Work onsite daily at the customer facility in Colorado Springs, CO, functioning as a seamless extension of their IT and engineering operations.
• Proactive Issue Prevention: Perform technical reviews, system health checks, and capacity planning. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve OS-level issues before they impact mission-critical deployments.
• Customer Advocacy: Gain a deep understanding of the customer's infrastructure architecture, security postures, and strategic mission goals to serve as their primary Red Hat advocate.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Red Hat Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Support teams to debug, test, and resolve complex platform issues.
• Strategic Guidance: Advise the customer on current and future Red Hat infrastructure capabilities, standard operating procedures, and life-cycle management.
• Case Management: Manage customer support cases, maintain clear documentation, and deliver value by sharing resolutions and best practices through a defined knowledge management process.

Operations Technical Account Manager – Platform, TS/SCI Clearance Required

• Provide hands-on administration, integration support, and maintenance for the customer's Red Hat core infrastructure
• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of Standard Operating Environments (SOEs)
• Perform technical reviews, system health checks, and share knowledge to proactively identify and prevent issues
• Gain a deep understanding of the customer’s technical infrastructure to serve as their primary advocate within Red Hat
• Partner closely with Red Hat Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Support teams
• Provide advice and guidance to customers about their current and future Red Hat products
• Manage customer cases, maintain clear and concise case documentation

Operations Technical Account Manager – TS/SCI Clearance Required

• Serve as an internal and external point of expertise for PRD clients, helping to facilitate escalations, concerns, and overall account sentiment
• Apply FactSet proprietary coding and screening expertise to support client technical and workflow needs, translating business objectives into data logic and queries
• Consult with clients, product managers, and engineering teams to advise on PRD content, enhancements, upsell opportunities, and any risks
• Close collaboration with DSO Implementation, client services, and with Level 2 Data Excellence teams
• Proactively partner with client services to identify gaps, enhancements, and trends in the PRD solutions to address with internal and external stakeholders
• Liaise the troubleshooting of complex data issues, reconciling of mismatches, and resolution of challenges with feed integrations to maintain consistency and reliability
• Develop training materials and deliver sessions (internal and external) to promote understanding of client PRD processes
• Deliver ongoing education and mentorship for colleagues and clients—helping them better leverage core PRD capabilities and how they are being used by clients
• Contribute to product development initiatives and fact-finding for new data features and content launches based on client feedback
• Cross regional collaboration standards to ensure consistent approach to existing and prospective PRD clients
