Systems Engineer

• Manage and optimize Snowflake and Databricks environments, including performance tuning, cost controls, workload isolation, and scaling; provide secondary support for Azure SQL and Azure Data Factory.
• Build and maintain data pipelines using Databricks, Snowflake Streams/Tasks, and Azure Data Factory.
• Enforce security and governance controls including RBAC, encryption, auditing, masking, lineage, and Entra ID (Azure AD) integration.
• Tune queries and workloads using native tools such as Snowflake Query Profile, Databricks SQL Analytics, and Azure Monitor.
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery, replication, backup, and archival strategies across platforms.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, BI teams, and architects to support scalable data models, integrations, and reporting.
• Provide production support, incident response, and root-cause analysis for data platform issues.
• Evaluate and adopt new platform features (e.g., Snowflake Native Apps, Databricks Unity Catalog) to improve governance and automation.

Systems Engineer – Mid Shift

• Support the ongoing development, maintenance, automation, and scaling of an advanced operational intelligence and governance analytics platform currently under active development.
• Run and validate Python scripts.
• Process SQL data.
• Normalize datasets.
• Ingest and clean CSV files.
• Manage folder structure.
• Validate backup and rollback procedures.
• Provide dashboard support.
• Assist in Power BI support.
• Validate outputs through QA processes.
• Verify data lineage.
• Support automation efforts.
• Document daily system activity and review execution logs.
• Assist with governance workflows.

Operational Intelligence, Data System Engineer

• Analyze complex business problems and identify opportunities to improve processes through Microsoft 365, automation, and AI-enabled solutions
• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements; translate them into clear system specifications, user stories, and solution artifacts
• Document current-state and future-state business processes, including process flows, swim lanes, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Partner with platform and technical teams to design, enable, and configure solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Power Platform, Copilot and Copilot Studio, and other M365 services, in alignment with security and governance standards
• Support AI-enabled initiatives, including Copilot extensibility and Azure AI services, by documenting use cases, requirements, controls, risks, and expected outcomes
• Plan and support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet defined requirements
• Produce and maintain high-quality documentation, including requirements documents, process maps, solution visuals, and user guidance
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, clearly explaining business needs, system behavior, risks, and dependencies
• Use Jira and Confluence to manage requirements, backlogs, documentation, and delivery artifacts across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
• Own the end-to-end Business Analysis methodology and templates; provide guidance and mentorship to junior Business Analysts
• Act as a single point of contact for subject matter experts, representing business processes and requirements to delivery teams
• Support enterprise initiatives such as Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), including requirements discovery, process documentation, and solution evaluation
• Lead or coordinate small to medium initiatives or workstreams as needed; monitor and report status, risks, and issues to Project or Program Managers
• Perform additional duties as assigned in support of IT Core Services objectives

Staff Business Systems Analyst – M365, Copilot

• Collaborating with the digital product managers (DPM), business system owners, and users to capture the right business requests and accurately translate them to specifications.
• Performs a liaison function between the DPM, business users, software engineers and QA analysts for implementing software solutions.
• Works with the business users and DPM/Proxy DPM to accurately capture all stakeholder requests and translate them into system specifications.
• Writes user stories based on the epics or larger scope stories created by the DPM/Proxy DPM.
• Meets INVEST and DOR criteria for stories.
• Works with the Sprint team on breaking stories down into smaller vertical slices.
• Identifies and captures Acceptance Criteria for user stories.
• Collaborates with the testers to ensure that all software components are tested adequately.
• Reviews test cases in Test Rails, collaborates with Developers and Testers on the right number of tests, types of tests applicable for the story, and the story DOD.
• Accepts the story on behalf of the DPM/Proxy DPM, confirms it meets the DOD.
• Collaborates with QA on documenting bugs found in non-production environments and captures them in Jira.
• Helps PDM/Proxy DPM prioritize non-prod bugs and issues based on potential Production impact.
• Assists Support group with identifying DOR for Production bugs.
• Leads the end-to-end/integration testing, assists DPM in planning of the test effort.
• Maintains product and system documentation in Confluence, Miro, and other tools.
• Collaborates with BPMs, analyzes, maps, and communicates current state and future state business processes.
• Continuously builds relationships with business users and obtains and grows knowledge about the business process.
• Serves as an SME on the Product Team.

Senior Business Systems Analyst – Nightshift

• Build an internal AI assistant trained on company data (fires, SOPs, client issues, documentation)
• Extract and structure data from tools like Monday.com, Google Drive, Slack, and Front
• Implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems to make company knowledge searchable and actionable
• Create automations that reduce manual work across departments (Client Success, Ops, Sales)
• Set up and optimize workflows within tools like GoHighLevel (CRM), including automations for leads, follow-ups, and internal processes
• Continuously improve internal workflows using AI
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively suggest AI-driven solutions
• Provide strategic input on potential AI-based products, services, or enhancements we could offer to clients
