About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform a blended Business Analyst and Systems Analyst role
- Understand business needs and analyze business processes and system behaviour
- Capture requirements and support solution implementation
- Work with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate business needs into system requirements
- Contribute in solution research and assess solution options and trade-offs
- Support UAT planning and execution
- Identify and assess risks within your subject matter area
- Resolve minor issues and escalate complex issues promptly
Requirements
What you’ll need- Some relevant work experience
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Proficient Presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound knowledge in Service Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Sound Knowledge in SDLC
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-Driven – responds to challenging priorities with a sense of urgency and pace
- Basic experience with Jira or Azure DevOps is desirable.
