Requirements
What you’ll need- Designed onboarding, knowledge management, or organizational learning programs
- Built playbooks, SOPs, documentation, or learning resources used across multiple teams
- Worked closely with business leaders to capture and organize institutional knowledge
- Improved employee performance through better learning experiences and knowledge sharing
- Led learning, instructional design, knowledge management, or organizational development initiatives
