Solutions Engineer

• Enable strategic and premium clients to execute their projects successfully through high-touch operational execution, product guidance, and workflow coordination
• Build trusted operational relationships primarily with the deal execution team, while maintaining credibility with other stakeholders when required
• Guide clients during onboarding, project launch, migrations, and other critical project phases
• Run regular check-ins with the client team and internal sales account owner to surface early warning signs early, before they escalate
• Use AI-assisted and conventional tools to proactively identify risks, errors, or friction points before they surface as client-reported issues

• Ensure accurate documentation of client requests, actions, decisions, escalations, and follow-up items
• Share recurring issue patterns, workarounds, and best practices with customer support, sales, and product teams

Premium Solutions Manager

• Providing technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance with the deployment of Falcon's AI-powered detection and response capabilities
• Assist customers in optimizing AI-driven threat detection models and automated response workflows
• Configure and tune machine learning algorithms to reduce false positives while maintaining high detection efficacy
• Develop and implement AI-driven automation playbooks for security operations
• Troubleshoot AI-related customer issues across small to large enterprises
• Develop scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs to enhance AI capabilities
• Work closely with customers to interpret AI-generated alerts and findings
• Leverage CrowdStrike's AI capabilities to enhance vulnerability prioritization and asset management

AI Security Solutions Consultant – リモート

• Manage all technical aspects of the sales journey including product demonstration, proof of concept, and feature requests
• Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs
• Assist marketing in identifying opportunities to expand product marketing collateral to help close sales opportunities

• Provide strategic, operational and deep technical expertise to execute Moneythor’s Customer Success vision.
• Provide assistance to our digital banking clients and address their ongoing technical & functional questions.
• Act as technical go-to person for our customer success organization.
• Leverage your deep HTML, JavaScript, Web development, SQL, and Java skills to customize our clients' implementations.
• Play an evangelist role with our clients on the existing and/or new features of the solution.
