• Follow platform governance rules to ensure consistent and compliant configurations.
• Prepare basic technical documentation, perform simple unit tests, and support deployment activities.
• Cooperate closely with architects and more experienced developers to deliver scalable solutions.
• Participation in ServiceNow Consulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities.
• Cooperating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new ServiceNow solutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes.
