• Design, implement and deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform in line with approved architectural designs, platform standards and governance guardrails.
• Act as lead platform administrator: own instance configuration, update set management, upgrade planning and environment hygiene across development, test and production.
• Maintain and operate the platform on a day-to-day basis, including health monitoring, performance, access management and incident resolution at L2/L3 level.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems, working with integration partners and third-party vendors as needed.
• Contribute to backlog refinement, sprint delivery and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Architects and Solution Consultant.
• Support platform adoption through technical documentation, knowledge transfer and contribution to testing and operational handover.
• Enforce development standards, code quality and best practices; support and mentor less experienced team members where applicable.

ServiceNow Solution Engineer

• Lead the design, governance, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions
• Play a key role in defining the future ServiceNow architecture
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards
• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules and business domains
• Define solution architecture, technical designs, data models, and integration patterns
• Review and approve technical designs produced by development teams and implementation partners

• Revisar el Catálogo de Servicios de IT, el Catálogo de Solicitudes de IT y el backlog de solicitudes para identificar plantillas de solicitudes de servicios para crear, actualizar o eliminar.
• Revisar los procesos/workflows de manejo de solicitudes de IT actuales y proponer mejoras.
• Proponer requisitos de plantillas de solicitudes de servicios (atributos, integraciones, etc.) y procesos de manejo (workflows, aprobaciones, etc.).
• Actualizar o crear nuevas plantillas de solicitudes de servicios para ser implementadas en la solución ITSM por el equipo de desarrollo dedicado.
• Probar si las plantillas de Solicitud de Servicio desarrolladas funcionan como se desea.
• Identificar oportunidades de optimización y automatización.
• Preparar documentación de implementación previa y posterior.
• Comunicar y promover mejoras implementadas a los usuarios finales y equipos de soporte.
• Crear una experiencia positiva para el cliente.

ServiceNow Service Request Process Analyst
