• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements and technical specifications for ServiceNow applications
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other external systems, applications, and databases, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability
• Utilize scripting languages such as JavaScript and ServiceNow-specific scripting tools to automate tasks, create business rules, and enhance system functionalities
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing issues related to ServiceNow applications, configurations, and integrations
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of ServiceNow applications to ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability, identifying and resolving any defects or issues
• Create detailed technical documentation, including system designs, configuration guides, and user manuals, to facilitate effective system maintenance, support, and knowledge transfer
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including implementation partners, business analysts, system administrators, project managers, and the Manager, ServiceNow Centre of Excellence to ensure successful project delivery and timely resolution of issues
• Participate in group and peer code review sessions for quality assurance and adherence to standardized practices
• Support application rollout and upgrade projects by working with our internal teams as well as vendors. Prioritize tasks and provide status updates. This may involve non-business hour work
• Attend requirement gathering sessions with business units to clarify the required behaviour, and the risks and impacts to the Bank.
• Support the Manager, ServiceNow Centre of Excellence with status report generation and backlog prioritization.

ServiceNow Engineer

• Act as Sr Technical Product Manager for specific value chain roadmap initiatives, defining vision, scope, and priorities.
• Provide business & technical leadership and consulting on infrastructure and service management solutions.
• Lead roadmap execution: streamline processes, optimize workflows, and maximize ServiceNow and adjacent systems and align to desired business outcomes.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across TELUS Business Solutions.
• Guide business case development and provide input on roadmap priorities.
• Mentor and collaborate with team members, supporting their growth and success.
• Deliver clear and regular status updates, highlighting risks and mitigation plans.

Senior Technical Product Manager – ServiceNow

• - Solution Architecture: Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of ServiceNow Order Management solutions, including order capture, decomposition, orchestration, and fulfillment workflows aligned to client business needs.
• - Requirements & Discovery: Facilitate discovery workshops with client stakeholders to gather and translate business and technical requirements into scalable OM design patterns and solution blueprints.
• - Platform Configuration & Oversight: Guide and oversee the configuration of ServiceNow OM modules including order decomposition rules, fulfillment tasks, SLA management, and catalog-driven order flows.
• - Integration Design: Define integration strategies between ServiceNow OM and external systems such as CRM, ERP, billing, and provisioning platforms, leveraging REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• - Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on technical leadership to development and configuration teams, conducting design reviews, enforcing platform governance, and ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
• - Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary technical point of contact for client architects, product owners, and business stakeholders, communicating solution design decisions clearly and confidently.
• - Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize order lifecycle processes, recommend platform enhancements, and contribute to the development of internal OM accelerators, templates, and reusable assets.

Digital Consulting Architect – ServiceNow

• Facilitate SPM-focused workshops to understand client portfolio management processes, demand intake, resource planning, and project delivery frameworks
• Define and communicate a clear SPM vision and roadmap, aligning ServiceNow SPM capabilities (Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Agile Development) with business strategy and outcomes
• Own and manage the SPM product backlog, prioritizing features such as demand intake, project tracking, capacity planning, and financial management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify dependencies across SPM modules (e.g., Demand → Project → Resource → Financials) and drive logical implementation sequencing
• Act as a strategic advisor to optimize portfolio visibility, investment planning, and resource utilization through SPM capabilities
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews with a focus on iterative delivery of SPM solutions
• Analyze existing portfolio and project management processes to identify opportunities for improved governance, prioritization, and execution
