Scrum Master

• Being accountable for the continual development and improvement across multiple scrums for agile processes and ways of working, helping to remove waste and improve productivity and engagement.
• Facilitate all agile ceremonies assisting the scrums to meet their iteration goals (includes sprint pre-planning and planning, daily stand up’s, sprint retrospective and sprint demos).
• Act as an agile coach to the scrums, effectively support each scrum member to ‘be the best that they can be’.
• Work with the Product Managers to develop and maintain high quality user-stories, backlogs and drive the adoption of better tooling and processes.
• Work to remove impediments and protect the scrum from distractions.
• Work to appropriate the appropriate standards, development methodologies and strategic architecture frameworks.
• Act as a bridge between the business, architecture, and development communities.
• Contribute to the wider community of Scrum Masters.

• Coach teams and leaders to embed Agile values, principles, and ways of working in day-to-day delivery and decision-making.
• Enable teams to run their own events including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Facilitate high-performing, self-managing teams by fostering psychological safety, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Identify team dynamics, systemic impediments, and organisational constraints, coaching others to address root causes effectively to enable self-managing teams.
• Analyse systems of work and promote a culture of continuous improvement by helping the team and organisation identify areas for enhancement.
• To collaborate with teams to establish methods to manage product backlogs which align with product and business goals.
• Foster open communication and collaboration between team members, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Educate team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and processes, ensuring a shared understanding of Agile values.
• Monitor and report on team progress, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management and stakeholders and to also establish an evidence based, data approach to provide insights for team improvement
• Actively seek opportunities to expand Agile and Scrum knowledge and promote Agile best practices within the organisation.
• To be responsible for the line management of Scrum Masters, Business Analysts and Product Owners in your team and to formulate personal development plans to ensure a structured career progression.
• Document scrum processes and ways of working and ensure that such documentation is kept up to date and relevant.
• Establish a community of practice(s) to encourage knowledge sharing and problem solving across teams.
• Support leadership to create a framework for product development to flourish across digital studio, encompassing Product Management, software engineering and User Centred Design.
• Use a range of coaching techniques, facilitation methods, and feedback models to unlock team and organisational performance
• Adapt a coaching and mentoring style to suit different levels of Agile maturity, team contexts, and leadership needs.
• Influence leaders and stakeholders at all levels to enable cultural change, agility, and outcome-focused delivery.

Senior Scrum Master

• Optimize the flow of valuable solutions in a multi-team environment by reducing dependencies, hand-offs, and systemic waste.
• Plan and facilitate Program Increment planning events; ensure work is incorporated in Program Increment plans and capacity is reserved for technical and operational enablers, refactoring, and unknowns.
• Build feedback loops through cross-team reviews and engage all key stakeholders, promoting faster learning cycles.
• Drive relentless improvement through multi-team retrospectives, metrics, assessment analysis, and other means.
• Escalate and track risks and impediments to eliminate systemic waste to improve the flow of value.
• Create transparency into the progress of cross-team work through visible boards, operational metrics, forums, dashboards, etc.
• Manage cross-team dynamics.
• Coordinate team building and cross-team communication.
• Promote and teach effective software delivery practices.
• Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.

Agile Delivery Lead

• Support the delivery of engineering roadmaps, ensuring priorities, timelines, and outcomes are clear across teams.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of cross‑functional initiatives.
• Maintain a holistic view of delivery and capacity across squads, identifying risks, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks early.
• Support teams in breaking work down effectively, making realistic commitments, and tracking progress against objectives.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies across multiple squads, ensuring rituals are purposeful and outcomes‑focused.
• Partner with teams to refine requirements, define success criteria, and ensure backlogs are healthy, prioritised, and ready for development.
• Promote agile best practices and coach teams in continuous improvement, delivery discipline, and effective collaboration.
• Provide clear, concise communication on progress, risks, scope changes, and delivery status to senior stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with Engineering, Product, and cross‑functional teams to drive alignment.
• Offer delivery insights to inform planning and decision‑making.
• Shape and scale delivery processes to support consistency across global teams.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve predictability, and enhance delivery maturity.
• Drive continuous improvement using delivery metrics and quality indicators to optimise engineering flow and predictability.
• Champion a culture of learning, experimentation, and operational excellence across engineering squads.

Agile Delivery Manager

• Getting tickets sprint-ready. You'll take what the PM hands over and turn it into something engineers can actually pick up — acceptance criteria done, edge cases flagged, dependencies surfaced. Tickets that aren't ready don't go in. You're the one holding that line.
• Running releases. The full release loop is yours: aligning internally, drafting release notes, working through the comms checklist. Nobody who needs to know what's shipping should be finding out after the fact.
• Juggling parallel streams. The roadmap is one workstream; there are usually several others running alongside it. You'll be the person tracking all of them, knowing what's at risk, what's blocked, what needs a nudge today versus what can wait until Friday and keeping it all visible without drowning the team in status updates.
• Migrating clients from V1 to V2. We're moving existing customers off our legacy platform onto V2, planning, sequencing, talking to clients, coordinating internally. It'll be one of the most visible pieces of work on your plate in your first year.
• Client integrations. SSO, video platforms, CRM hookups, whatever else clients throw at us. You won't write the code, but you'll own the timeline, sit between client IT and our engineers, and make sure things don't stall because a follow-up email never went out.
• ISO 27001 and compliance. We operate to ISO 27001 and you'll be hands-on with it, keeping controls and evidence in good order day to day, prepping for and running internal and external audits, and turning around client security questionnaires without it becoming a fire drill every time. Prior experience inside an ISO 27001 environment is a real plus; experience helping run or maintain certification even more so.
• Internal docs. Build and look after the documentation that stops knowledge walking out the door, how things work, what we decided, why we decided it.

Agile Delivery Manager – SaaS

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Support teams in delivering against roadmap priorities in a structured and predictable way
• Work closely with Product Owners to support backlog refinement, prioritisation, and clarity of requirements
• Identify and remove blockers that impact team progress and delivery
• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices, encouraging continuous improvement
• Help improve collaboration between engineering, product, and wider business stakeholders
• Support visibility of delivery through Jira and other reporting tools
• Contribute to improving delivery processes, tooling, and ways of working across teams
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning
• Consistent and predictable delivery across sprints and releases
• Improved team collaboration and engagement
• Clear, well-managed backlogs aligned to business priorities
• Reduced blockers and smoother delivery flow
• Continuous improvement in Agile maturity across teams

• Act as the Scrum Master for one or more agile teams
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Remove impediments and proactively manage risks and dependencies
• Apply a pragmatic approach to Agile to ensure enables delivery rather than hinders it
• Coach and support Product Owners and team members to maximise value delivery
• Collaborate with Project Sponsors, Project Manager, Business Analysts, SMEs, Architect and Developers
• Protect the team from unnecessary interruptions and help maintain focus on sprint goals
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and shared ownership
• Encourage collaboration, self-organisation, and accountability within the team
• Monitor and report on delivery health using appropriate agile metrics
