About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
Enabling Agile teams and facilitating core ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Applies focused technical expertise to key milestones or deliverables, with understanding of policies and procedures
Evidence strong performance in their delivery and behaviours and may assume full responsibility for a process or project
Coordinating across technical and business teams to ensure successful project delivery
Driving adoption of Agile practices and project management tools
Maintaining stakeholder communication and reporting on project progress

Requirements

What you’ll need

Good exposure to project management, ideally in Agile environments
Certifications: PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certifications are an advantage
Familiarity with project management and Agile software (ADO, ServiceNow)
Effective communication, adaptability, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence
Interest in Asset Management or Finance Technology
