Events

• Develop and own the adviser events strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
• Plan and manage an annual schedule of events, including technical and regulatory webinars, best-practice sessions and face-to-face adviser roadshows.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of all events, from concept and content development to live delivery and post event follow up.
• Act as the primary owner and subject matter expert for event platforms and suppliers including BrightTALK and Cvent.
• Work closely with Distribution and Technical to shape relevant adviser-centric content, and with Compliance and Risk to ensure events meet regulatory and governance requirements.
• Manage external suppliers, venues and production partners, ensuring high-quality delivery and value for money.
• Own the events budget, forecasting costs and managing spend effectively.
• Define and track success measures for events, using data and adviser feedback to continuously improve content, format and performance.
• Provide clear reporting and insight to stakeholders on engagement, outcomes and learnings.
