About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the organisation in achieving its strategic objectives
  • Identification and analysis of business problems and client requirements
  • Development of business requirements that will address business problems
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet their needs
  • Support the creation of business cases that justify investment in proposed solutions
  • Conduct feasibility studies to determine viability of proposed solutions
  • Support the creation of reports on project progress
  • Creation of operational and process designs
  • Support change management activities
  • Lead a team performing complex tasks, using well developed professional knowledge

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in managing projects with medium to high complexity
  • Experience Organising and facilitating Agile Ceremonies, such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions
  • Basic Knowledge of Accounting and Financial reporting
  • Experience delivering Data Migration projects including DQ remediation, Journal remediation etc
  • Knowledge of Consumer and Retail banking products – Mortgages, Cards, Loans and Deposits
  • Extensive experience in driving technology and data delivery across multiple applications using Agile and Lean behaviours and practices
  • Status Reporting, Presentation and communication skills, managing senior (D and MD Level) stakeholders
  • Must evidence the skills needed to secure effective stakeholder collaboration
