Salesforce Administrator

• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and product
• Lead technical design sessions; create, estimate, and solution user stories; develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives.
• Provide Salesforce CPQ expertise during sales efforts to estimate the technical level of effort.

Salesforce Manager – Solution Architect

• Serve as a system administrator for Salesforce Health Cloud environment
• Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings
• Configure and maintain Health Cloud objects including Care Plans, Patient Lists, and Care Team assignments
• Perform regular system audits, data backups, and health checks
• Manage sandbox environments and support release management processes
• Ensure the platform adheres to HIPAA, HITECH, and organizational compliance standards

Senior Salesforce Administrator

• Lead the ongoing optimization, governance, and support of our Salesforce environment
• Partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable platform solutions
• Improve user experience and adoption, and protect the security, integrity, and performance of the Salesforce ecosystem
• Serve as the platform’s primary subject matter expert and drive continuous improvement across the organization
• Mentor junior administrators and business systems team members, as needed
• Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform, including users, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, page layouts, custom objects, fields, validation rules, and flows
• Design, build, and optimize automations using Flow, approval processes, and other declarative tools to reduce manual work and improve efficiency
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that deliver actionable insight to leadership and business teams
• Lead release planning, sandbox management, testing coordination, deployment support, and change management activities
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, resolve user support requests, and drive continuous platform improvement
• Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations, security controls, and platform enhancements
• Develop documentation, training materials, and user enablement programs to increase adoption and improve the overall Salesforce experience
• Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements aligned with business goals and platform best practices

Salesforce Manager

• Own Salesforce administration, including user setup, permissions, profiles, roles, and access controls.
• Manage support intake and triage, resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues across Salesforce.
• Build and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules.
• Maintain data integrity through monitoring, cleanup, deduplication, and governance processes.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Support release management, sandbox testing, deployments, and documentation of changes.
• Maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems, partnering with Engineering as needed.
• Develop and enforce Salesforce best practices, standards, and process documentation.
• Support training and enablement for internal teams to ensure good practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational or operational priorities.

• Serve as a primary platform owner for Salesforce, accountable for production stability, reliability, and performance
• Lead advanced Salesforce administration activities including configuration, security model design, automation, data management, and environment strategy
• Proactively identify and remediate risks related to technical debt, scalability, performance, and security
• Partner with support, monitoring, and incident teams to meet SLAs and drive root - cause resolution for production issues
• Actively participate in and support Salesforce Design Authority / governance forums, ensuring solutions align to enterprise architecture and platform standards
• Review and influence solution designs, enforcing best practices around configuration vs. customization, data integrity, and long - term maintainability
• Define and evolve administrative standards, guardrails, and operating procedures across the Salesforce ecosystem
• Play a key role in release management, environment readiness, and deployment coordination in partnership with Release Managers and DevOps teams
• Ensure admin - owned changes are well - designed, tested, documented, and production - ready
• Support and mature DevOps, CI/CD, and backup/recovery processes as they relate to admin - managed components
• Serve as a technical leader and mentor for Salesforce Administrators and developers, raising overall platform maturity
• Lead knowledge - sharing sessions, working groups, and admin community forums
• Provide hands - on coaching to build admin capability across delivery teams and reduce single - points - of - failure
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, Data teams, and Business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable platform solutions
• Support platform initiatives such as license optimization, app rationalization, new Salesforce feature adoption, and roadmap planning
• Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and AppExchange solutions, providing recommendations grounded in enterprise impact and ROI
