Key responsibilities & impact

Gather client’s business requirements and transform these into technical requirements for Salesforce design
Leverage Salesforce best practices to minimize the need for custom development
Write technical documentation for clients outlining standard operating procedures
Accurately execute training modules with EBQ customers
Audit Salesforce and provide detailed plan to optimize configuration
Identify and communicate project risks and issues in a timely manner
Effectively migrate and implement Salesforce for new organizations
Work with EBQ’s customers to understand their unique business needs
Develop relationships with clients and confidently demonstrate business process expertise
Create and manage custom field and objects, flows, record types, data validation, page layouts, and third-party integrations
Develop and create customized reports and dashboards based on client needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-2 years of Salesforce experience as an end-user or 6 months of experience as a Salesforce admin
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Strong customer service and organizational skills
Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Proficiency in the following areas is desirable, but not required: Online screen sharing tools, SQL or SOQL
