About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gather client’s business requirements and transform these into technical requirements for Salesforce design
  • Leverage Salesforce best practices to minimize the need for custom development
  • Write technical documentation for clients outlining standard operating procedures
  • Accurately execute training modules with EBQ customers
  • Audit Salesforce and provide detailed plan to optimize configuration
  • Identify and communicate project risks and issues in a timely manner
  • Effectively migrate and implement Salesforce for new organizations
  • Work with EBQ’s customers to understand their unique business needs
  • Develop relationships with clients and confidently demonstrate business process expertise
  • Create and manage custom field and objects, flows, record types, data validation, page layouts, and third-party integrations
  • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards based on client needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-2 years of Salesforce experience as an end-user or 6 months of experience as a Salesforce admin
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Proficiency in the following areas is desirable, but not required: Online screen sharing tools, SQL or SOQL
