About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work within the Corporate CRM Instance of Salesforce
  • Identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques
  • Activate the connective tissue between U.S. Bank, customer experience, digital, technology, and business line strategy
  • Defines product outcomes and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
  • Manages the end-to-end product lifecycle and drives the product roadmap leveraging OKRs
  • Creates the product in conjunction with agile, experience design, technology and risk partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Product Management experience
  • Experience with Salesforce Administration. Certifications strongly preferred
  • Experience in a high pace work environment
  • Ability to be a strong advocate for your user base
  • Experience collaborating with cross-product delivery teams
  • Expertise on the critical interdependencies among product model system elements
  • Ability to anticipate shifting market priorities
  • Strong customer centricity to implement strategies and techniques
  • Knowledge of technical aspects of software products
  • Knowledge of Agile ways of working
