About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, security settings, and data integrity.
Manage and optimize system configurations, automation (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules), and page layouts to support evolving business needs.
Lead system upgrades, new release evaluations, and feature adoption for Salesforce and Einstein Analytics.
Maintain data quality and governance, ensuring reliable reporting and compliance.
Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides for Salesforce features and Einstein dashboards.
Provide mentorship and training to junior admins or power users.
Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to support larger Salesforce initiatives and integrations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 Years of experience performing Salesforce Administrator functions
Proficient with Data Loader or Data Integration applications
Proficient with data analysis and report creation
High level of proficiency with MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, charts/graphs)
Development Experience on the Salesforce platform (Visualforce, HTML, CSS, etc) (optional)
Other ERP Administration experience ex: Workday (optional)
Google Apps Suite experience (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc) (optional)
