Sales Operations Manager

• Lead programs and initiatives that improve sales performance and engagement

Head of Sales Enablement

• Serving as the primary Salesforce subject matter expert for the Services organization, owning both front-end (page layouts, fields) and back-end (custom objects, advanced Flows) configuration in order to support scalable, repeatable operations
• Designing and deploying repeatable Salesforce processes tailored for an enterprise SaaS professional services environment in order to improve forecast accuracy, utilization tracking, and project health visibility
• Leading cross-functional projects independently from inception through completion in order to deliver on operational priorities set by senior leadership across Services and Customer Engineering
• Collaborating with BI Analysts to maintain a clean Salesforce data foundation in order to ensure all Services activity is accurately reflected in executive reporting and downstream business intelligence
• Identifying and resolving process bottlenecks across the implementation and consulting lifecycle in order to accelerate project delivery and reduce manual overhead for Services leadership

• Partner closely with the Senior Sales Director, New Construction to identify revenue drivers, performance trends, and growth opportunities across the sales organization.
• Develop a deep understanding of sales processes and operationalize sales plays based on market opportunities, funnel insights, and team performance trends.
• Analyze seller and segment performance to improve pipeline management, conversion, productivity, retention, and overall sales performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and partner with Operations to increase consistency and efficiency across the organization.
• Help design and implement more standardized forecasting processes, including clearer definitions, stronger reporting, and more consistent operating rhythms for pipeline and revenue reviews.
• Partner with Sales leadership, Finance, and Analytics to translate business goals into measurable frontline KPIs.
• Work with Sales Analytics to refine performance frameworks, dashboards, and reporting that show whether sales strategies and plays are driving results.
• Synthesize complex data into clear recommendations and communicate insights, tradeoffs, and risks to senior stakeholders to drive alignment and action.

Senior Sales Strategy Manager

• Act as a trusted enablement and coordination partner to Sales
• Enable sales teams to understand pricing structures, financial impacts, and deal trade-offs
• Translate complex pricing, financial, and operational analyses into clear, actionable insights
• Support pricing strategy execution and contract development
• Own and maintain accurate sales pipelines for commercial and government segments
• Monitor pipeline health, deal progression, and forecast accuracy
• Analyze deal economics, margin impact, and pricing scenarios
• Design and continuously improve scalable sales enablement and deal support processes
• Develop and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and reports

Sales Enablement Manager

• Support core sales platforms such as Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, and internal tools to maintain system health, user support, and reliable day-to-day operations.
• Manage key workflows including user provisioning, permissions, territory support, troubleshooting, and basic system governance.
• Lead and support cross-functional initiatives that improve seller workflows, tooling adoption, process efficiency, and operational scale.
• Gather business requirements, map processes, identify gaps, and translate needs into scalable system and workflow improvements.
• Coordinate project timelines, dependencies, stakeholder communication, testing, release readiness, and rollout execution for tooling and process changes.
• Monitor data flows and system behavior to identify issues that affect activity capture, reporting accuracy, KPI integrity, and frontline execution.
• Define and track success metrics tied to adoption, productivity, operational health, and reporting accuracy, and use insights to recommend improvements.
• Build and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, playbooks, support models, and operating standards.

Sales Systems Manager, Rentals

• Lead end-to-end enablement programs of significant scope, from strategy through execution and measurement, aligning cross-functional stakeholders and adapting plans to evolving business priorities
• Partner with Sales, Success, and cross-functional teams to launch new programs, products, processes, and sales motions with clear readiness plans that will drive strong field adoption
• Create high-quality enablement assets, process documentation, and communication frameworks that bring consistency, clarity, and operational rigor across teams
• Evolve into a GTM subject matter expert by mastering methodologies, workflows, and tools—leveraging AI enhancements where possible—to drive significant performance gains
• Mentor peers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices, elevating standards, and helping the team scale
• Act as a consultant to GTM leaders, marketing, operations, and product to ensure the successful execution of launching new programs, products, and processes
• Leverage sales data and performance insights to identify root causes of performance gaps and translate them into targeted enablement strategies that drive measurable improvements in productivity, adoption, and revenue outcomes

Senior Sales Enablement Manager

• Track, analyze, and interpret key sales metrics such as conversion rates, revenue, pipeline health, close rates, and attachment rates
• Identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and performance reporting
• Deliver clear, actionable insights to sales leadership to drive informed decisions
• Partner with leadership to execute sales strategies and performance initiatives
• Support the rollout of campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Evaluate and improve sales processes and workflows to increase efficiency
• Ensure incentives align with business priorities such as revenue growth

Sales Performance Manager

• Design and own a structured 30/60/90 onboarding program for new sales reps and account managers
• Build clear milestones, certifications, and ramp tracking that give managers visibility into new hire progress
• Establish a consistent framework for how RevTrak runs discovery, demos, and qualification across the team
• Build playbooks for key selling scenarios: competitive objections, multi-stakeholder deals, and district finance buyer conversations
• Partner with sales leadership to ensure methodology is coached and reinforced, not just documented
• Build the scaffolding that makes managers better coaches — call scorecards, structured 1:1 frameworks, and call review cadences
• Develop onboarding, expansion, and renewal playbooks for our five account managers
• Ensure CS has the skills and materials to drive retention conversations and identify expansion opportunities early
• Act as the traffic controller for existing sales and marketing content — ensuring reps can find and use what already exists, and partnering with Product Marketing to develop net-new materials where gaps exist
• Build a reliable field feedback loop that surfaces what’s working and what’s breaking back to Product Marketing and product

• Partner closely with Manager to VP-level Sales Leadership to optimize our Enterprise Sales motion
• Lead large cross-functional programs focused on improving Sales outcomes
• Intake, assess, and prioritize Sales-specific requests and process gaps based on business impact and effort
• Develop and maintain operational metrics that uncover inefficiencies or risks within the seller workflow
• Collaborate with Salesforce Systems and RevOps teams to enhance automation and deliver scalable tooling
