Sales Operations Manager

• Own and manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, delivering agreed KPI targets via offshore support resources
• Act as the primary Sales Ops stakeholder for the Order-to-Cash phase, including ownership of the Revenue Blocker Summary and issue escalation
• Partner with Deployment, Supply Chain, GSS, and Account Management to ensure accurate fulfilment, billing, and cash outcomes
• Ensure sales order data accuracy, including fulfilment dates, warehouse data, and pricing, to support supply chain and deployment activities
• Collaborate with Deployment Managers and Account Managers to ensure ordered solutions are delivered as sold and revenue is billed correctly
• Manage order changes outside Frozen Zone timings and escalate inventory-impacting updates to Supply Chain
• Deliver and distribute market reporting on sales revenue actuals and pipeline performance
• Design, implement, and manage dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting aligned to Order-to-Cash KPIs
• Provide QBR data, insights, and recommendations, partnering with BTS and Data Analytics teams to resolve data quality issues
• Work with offshore processing teams to identify and implement process optimisation and automation opportunities across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle
• Partner with GSS teams to offshore non-exception systemic transactions and resolve process bottlenecks
• Develop and deliver training and onboarding programs to build capability and promote best-practice adoption
• In partnership with BTS and Account Management, champion best-practice advocacy initiatives that enhance the customer experience

• Deliver high-quality, engaging workshops and training sessions for channel partner sales teams
• Teach partners how to apply structured qualification methodologies
• Guide partners through defining ideal customer profiles for Codex and frontier AI adoption
• Train partners on how to conduct effective discovery conversations
• Help partner teams articulate the value of OpenAI Codex and frontier AI platforms

Technical Sales Enablement Trainer

• Reporting to the Head of Client Operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Client Partnerships and support teams, empowering them to achieve sales outcomes efficiently.
• You will be a primary point of contact for operational inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve challenges.
• Your responsibilities will include supporting change initiatives, improving operational procedures, and enhancing the user experience.
• Act as an escalation point, conduct reporting and analysis, develop support documentation.
• Supporting our internal sales and support functions and ensuring new processes and business changes consider the impacts on our customers.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Contribute to the development of market-relevant products and process improvements to drive revenue and support group strategies.
• Support new employee onboarding, participate in UAT and BVT.
• Maintain sales support documentation.
• Provide ad-hoc training, and offer subject matter expertise for business change initiatives.
• Monitor the queries received into the sales operations inbox and actively identifies opportunities to streamline processes for our sales and support teams.
• Manage the day to day tasks across the sales operations team as well as providing support to internal stakeholders to improve existing and develop new processes focused on improving the efficiency of our sales and support team functions.

Sales Operations Specialist

• Act as a primary administrator of our Sales Tech stack, including CRM systems (Salesforce), sales engagement tools, and sales automation platforms
• Troubleshoot system issues and lead implementation of improvements
• Own CRM data governance across the full revenue lifecycle
• Ensure ACV data is accurate, reliable, and actionable
• Manage, integrate, and optimise the licensing record
• CRM Data hygiene and confirming records are correctly populated with all required data and files
• Ensuring lead allocations are correctly allocated, managed, and moved through the lead cycle
• Support with account compliance matching for E2Open
• Review record activity to maintain pipeline funnel
• Support the design and documentation of cross-functional revenue workflows
• Identify and implement improvements that reduce manual work and increase sales efficiency and execution
• Manage internal sales documentation like quotes, acceptance letters, and customer master data forms
• Where required populate Docusign templates for signature to senior management
• Deliver documentation, training, and ongoing support to drive strong CRM and sales tools for adoption
• Support internal professional development and enablement initiatives
• Assisting with any additional projects/tasks, etc. not limited to existing daily duties

• Create and manage comprehensive dashboards and reports for SDR/BDR teams.
• Influence the design and scaling of AI-powered automation platforms integrated with our GTM stack (Salesforce, Groove, Outreach).
• Work closely with Revenue Operations and Marketing to ensure data accuracy, smart targeting, and seamless workflows for peak SDR/BDR performance.
• Identify best-in-class activities at the sub-regional level and advocate for their global adoption.
• Resolve data issues within the initial funnel stages (Lead/Contact/Account) and intelligence platforms (ZoomInfo, Lusha) to maximize efficiency.
• Provide system and process support for SDRs and management, resolving ticket escalations in Zendesk.
