Account Manager

• Managing Tier 2 and 3 operators
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key customers
• Maintaining and growing revenues from customers’ portfolio
• Ensuring game positioning, working with customers on marketing promotions and other activities to maximize revenues
• Ensure favourable commercial conditions in all partnerships and relations
• Present up and coming game releases that are part of the Relax Roadmap
• Deliver excellence in promotional activities towards customers by working closely with our internal marketing team
• Be a trusted partner to the operators with open knowledge sharing and connections
• Represent both the Relax and Silver Bullet content commercially
• Keep operators up to date with the value proposition of the Relax Platform in terms of new features and partners added
• Represent Relax, our values, and expertise to all stakeholders in the business
• Deliver excellent service to our operators as the point of contact for operators and deliver on requests
• Work with promotions and incentives to promote and position Relax content in a premium position
• Service the operators and ensure quick turnaround of any requests

• Act as an operational point of contact for assigned partners, managing day-to-day requests, follow-ups, and coordination to ensure responsiveness and continuity.
• Execute onboarding actions, campaigns, placements, promotions, and launches according to agreed commercial terms and established playbooks.
• Coordinate with Content, Product, SEO, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure initiatives are implemented accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain trackers and monitor performance indicators, surfacing anomalies or risks, and proposing next steps to the Director, Head, or relevant Lead in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate partner records, agreements, and updates in CRM and internal systems to support reliable reporting and continuity.
• Support payment follow-ups, verify implementation accuracy, and escalate discrepancies promptly to protect payment timelines and reporting accuracy.
• Provide operational coverage across partner accounts when required to ensure uninterrupted partner support across the Commercial Partnerships team.

Commercial Partnerships Manager

• Build and maintain relationships with high-value players, serving as their main point of contact for all inquiries, requests, and escalations.
• Understand the preferences, playing habits, and needs of VIP players to deliver personalized service tailored to their individual preferences.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance player retention and loyalty, including creating exclusive offers, promotions, and events for VIP players.

VIP Account Manager

• Proactively manage relationships with high-value customers via VIP-exclusive channels (phone, email, chat, Line, etc...), ensuring an exceptional level of service and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze customer behaviour and trends to identify new opportunities and risks—taking swift and appropriate action to maximize customer lifetime value.
• Own the performance of your VIP portfolio, ensuring KPIs related to retention, reactivation, and customer satisfaction are met or exceeded.
• Develop and execute strategic campaigns, offers, and events tailored to individual VIP segments, with a strong focus on driving activity and loyalty.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to bring new initiatives to life that enhance the VIP experience.
• Identify early signs of churn or disengagement and take proactive steps to re-engage players using data-driven insights and personalized strategies.
• Help design and deliver unforgettable VIP-only experiences—both online and in person—through exclusive events and rewards programs.
• Continuously seek out ways to improve our VIP offering and deliver increased value to both customers and the business.

• Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Achieving financial targets set for the client based on ongoing growth monitoring of client portals with a view on increased monthly growth in tracked reporting.
• Providing training sessions and other support to clients where necessary.
• Being responsible and accountable for applicable commercial related matters.
• Overseeing the service delivery from all relevant teams to ensure that the company is adhering to contractual and service agreements.
• Maintaining internal and external knowledge transfer by understanding the clients’ business models and delivering training on product functionalities, new features and payment methods.
• Prioritizing and developing client product or service requests by handling reporting and ticketing request accordingly.
• Working with internal teams to ensure an effective delivery date of products and services including the launch of new clients across our Platform partners.
• Reviewing customers’ portfolio and traffic to improve the services they have and help them meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Conducting regular review reports as specified by the Head of Account Management for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Reviewing and analyzing data in order to identify key trends in the market.
• Upselling, negotiating and reviewing new product and service contracts as well as ensuring that those products and services are delivered.
• Solving customer needs in a proactive manner and search for development opportunities related to payments, markets, and available areas for clients to move into which fit in with the company's long-term growth plan.
• Constantly improving on industry knowledge including payments, player account management platforms, and company products and services including platform and systems.
• Occasionally communicating with clients and team members outside of office hours when necessary.
• Traveling to events when necessary, including major gaming events, acting on behalf of the AM team.

Sales

• Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients (operators, affiliates, aggregators, and platform providers)
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, presentations, negotiation, and closing deals
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Present company products and solutions (e.g., casino games, sportsbook, turnkey platforms, white-label solutions)
• Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to generate leads and expand network
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, account management) to align sales strategies
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports

Sales Manager

• Identify and research target corporate clients across European markets
• Conduct high-volume cold outreach to prospective clients
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to generate and convert new B2B leads
• Qualify prospects and manage the full outbound sales cycle from first contact to deal closure
• Pitch products in meetings, events, and direct sales conversations
• Prepare tailored commercial proposals and negotiate deal terms
• Achieve sales KPIs and revenue targets through proactive outbound activity
• Transfer newly acquired clients to Account Management for onboarding and ongoing management
