Business Change Lead – SAP Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP – Manager

• Monitor and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors environment to a consistently high level of service and support to ensure adherence to specific OLAs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical problems related to the SAP SuccessFactors environment.
• Collaborate with the selected SAP SuccessFactors AMS partner on escalated issues.
• Review, provide recommendations and complete the relevant preparation for the SAP SuccessFactors bi-annual release updates.
