About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and govern delivery of complex SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and managed services
Resolve key design decisions focused on technical architecture and integration for S/4HANA clients
Develop cost models for large-scale SAP implementations
Lead project analysis for transitions from SAP ECC to S/4HANA
Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges using SAP BTP and/or other integration platforms
Architect and deliver innovative IT solutions and lead UI strategies
Compare technology options to maintain a clean core, focused on SAP and surrounding technologies
Manage a portfolio of SAP project/program managers, solution architects, and functional/technical leads
Develop and mentor project teams
Assess architecture options with SAP for clients
Manage engagement risks throughout projects
Contribute to SAP roadmap, platform strategy, and value realization plans with business leadership
Shape and deliver projects to meet or exceed client and quality expectations
Influence clients’ use of AI solutions and SAP Joule
Train, coach, and supervise team members
Own P&L for the SAP delivery portfolio or practice as applicable

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in SAP programs within delivery or program management leadership roles
Proven track record managing large, complex, multi-country SAP implementations or transformations
Strong understanding of SAP products and architecture, including S/4HANA, ECC, BW/BI, BTP, SuccessFactors, and Ariba
Experience with SAP Activate, Agile, waterfall, hybrid delivery methodologies, and PMO governance
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with internal and client stakeholders
Background in a consulting or system integrator environment
Pre-sales experience
Experience managing multi-vendor environments and offshore/onshore delivery models
Experience leading and inspiring large teams of technical consultants across onshore, nearshore, and offshore settings
Passion for AI and experience using various AI tools to support business transformation and delivery projects
Availability for up to 60% travel
Must not require work visa sponsorship
