Research Specialist – Grader

• Support the research and work by managing data, recruiting and scheduling participants, analyzing data, and contributing to community outreach and education.

Research Specialist

• Conducting thorough research into an individuals’ background using a variety of tools, such as databases and public records
• Gathering information, analyzing data, and compiling this information to be entered into a final report
• Processing searches related to background screening reports
• Ensuring all searches are processed and reported according to state and federal laws as outlined in AccuSourceHR’s reporting guidelines
• Ensuring all searches are processed according to client guidelines
• Retrieving public records information and entering said information into our platform

• Investigate and interpret data, turning research into clear, concise executive memos, diagrams, and presentations.

Clinical Research Associate I

• Conduct in-depth fundamental equity research across assigned sectors and securities to identify investment opportunities and risks.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including forecasts for earnings, cash flow, and valuation metrics.
• Generate actionable buy, hold, and sell recommendations supported by clear investment theses and market analysis.
• Monitor earnings reports, industry developments, company news, and market trends to provide timely insights to portfolio managers.

• Responsible for leading and executing advanced operational and testing activities at corn and soybean research testing locations
• Organizing field experiments, managing seasonal teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensuring the quality, safety, and efficiency of research operations while contributing to strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration
• Leading and participating in all phases of field activities, including seed packaging, planting, pollination, note-taking, harvesting, and shelling
• Managing seed inventory systems and ensuring accurate tracking and maintenance of seed stocks

Satellite Research Specialist

• Overseeing the 'front-end' data lifecycle, including managing the source, data entry, and quality control (QC) standard operating procedures for all research data
• Managing the process of providing WRAP’s datasets to internal and external (global) endusers, ensuring that security policies are adhered to and that applicable institutional agreements (DTUAs/MTAs) and fulfillments of data requests are executed efficiently
• Supervising the WRAP data entry team, which includes a Clinical Trials Coordinator and undergraduate students
• Partnering with database administrators, biostatisticians, and investigators to identify and resolve QC issues, maintain rigorous HIPAA and cybersecurity standards, and ensure the seamless flow of information from collection to our analytic platform and into the hands of researchers locally and around the world.
