• Coordinate multi‑therapy capital sales processes to shorten cycle times and improve funnel conversion
• Support account targeting, upgrade pathways, and portfolio expansion initiatives across Hard Tissue Capital
• Partner with commercial teams to optimize territory planning and capital deployment strategies
• Provide structured program oversight to ensure consistent execution of capital sales activities
• Collaborate with market development teams to align capital placement with downstream utilization goals
• Track and report progress against capital revenue objectives and strategic milestones

Sales Program Manager – Hard Tissue Capital

• Execute and develop the global SEO strategy of our portals and products.
• Collaborate on quarterly plans and long-term SEO strategy with SEO leaders, as well as other Marketing and Business leaders.
• Work closely and partner with teams from the US, Puerto Rico, India, and Poland, such as Product, Design/UX, Content, Engineering, and Customer Support, to plan, organize, and manage cross-team collaboration & shared projects aimed at maximizing business growth.
• Create and optimize SEO, UX, and content of our portals and products.
• Monitor SEO performance and constantly look for opportunities to scale organic traffic and sales.
• Own our SEO traffic and revenue goals.
• Each quarter, review and set team and individual goals in our Roadmap to grow our SEO performance and track progress against monthly goals and the yearly budget.

Senior SEO Program Manager

• Lead company-wide programs with broad impact, liaising with Product Development teams and teams outside of Product Development including Product Marketing, Enterprise Data & Analytics, Legal, Finance and Go-to-Market.
• Guide your teams through our quarterly planning process, helping to build out roadmaps, align dependencies, broker commitments from other teams, and resolve multi-functional landmarks.
• Coordinate data, platform, and product workstreams and ensure teams deliver datasets and telemetry needed for reporting.
• Drive delivery of measurement and ROI frameworks for AI features (Copilot, AI Agents, Guide/GenSearch), including instrumentation, experiment design support, and customer-facing ROI dashboards.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across teams; keep senior leadership informed with concise executive updates.
• Establish and improve program processes (RACI, dependency maps, risk registers, data ops readiness), and iterate to increase predictability and delivery velocity.
• Deliver stakeholder-facing artifacts: executive steering notes, prioritized plans, adoption playbooks, and handoffs to GTM and Customer Success for scaled enablement.
• Mentor/coach other Program managers on analytics program best practices and data-driven outcome measurement.
• Own regular status reporting for your teams.
