Sales Program Manager – Hard Tissue Capital

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate multi‑therapy capital sales processes to shorten cycle times and improve funnel conversion
- Support account targeting, upgrade pathways, and portfolio expansion initiatives across Hard Tissue Capital
- Partner with commercial teams to optimize territory planning and capital deployment strategies
- Provide structured program oversight to ensure consistent execution of capital sales activities
- Collaborate with market development teams to align capital placement with downstream utilization goals
- Track and report progress against capital revenue objectives and strategic milestones
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of experience in Capital Equipment Sales, program management, or commercial operations
- Strong understanding of multi‑therapy sales environments, cross-selling ideally within medical technology
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder groups and coordinate cross‑functional execution
- Proficiency in sales funnel management and forecasting tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to travel as required to support commercial teams.
