• Identify and automate repetitive HRBP workflows by building custom Gems, utilizing Wrike’s internal AI tools, and documenting automated processes.

• Play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of marketing activities across the region, working closely with product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Support the development and implementation of localized marketing initiatives aligned with overall brand strategy.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance campaign execution.
• Coordinate regional events, customer meetings, and congresses, ensuring high-quality delivery.
