Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Proven experience in go-to-market strategy and process design across multiple markets
Hands-on experience with design of Distributor Management Systems (DMS) and retail execution tools
Track record of leading or supporting business transformation initiatives in FMCG or similar industries
Previous experience framing business questions and defining analytics requirements
Experience working across multiple markets or in a global role
