About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive inbound pipeline growth with a focus on quality: MQL/SQL conversion rate, funnel velocity, and attribution
- Brief and manage paid media agencies and website optimisation partners, and report on performance
- Own our presence across search and LLMs; build and run AI-native workflows for research, GEO, and competitor monitoring
- Produce high-quality copy at pace across website, social, email, and campaigns
- Turn product developments into compelling marketing material with launches that land with clarity
- Design and run themed campaigns with a clear narrative, measurable goals, and cross-team buy-in
- Rally sales, events, and leadership around each campaign, including supporting LinkedIn content for senior stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-4 years in a marketing role, ideally in a fast-paced B2B environment
- AI-native: you already use AI in your daily workflow and know how to get quality output fast
- Strong copywriter with a sharp instinct for messaging and positioning
- Comfortable owning multiple workstreams at once without dropping quality
- Based in the Netherlands
