• Own and support product initiatives focused on marketplace growth, booking conversion, and customer experience.

• Own end‑to‑end Print category strategy on HP.com, aligning Product assortment, Pricing, Promotions, and Digital placement to achieve revenue, margin, and inventory objectives.
• Act as the Print category subject matter expert, deeply understanding customer use cases, attach behavior (e.g., supplies, subscriptions), and competitive dynamics.
• Lead new Print product and program introductions (hardware, supplies, services) to ensure launch readiness across pricing, supply, site experience, and go‑to‑market execution.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to manage product transitions and obsolescence, minimizing E&O risk while sustaining customer demand.
• Define and execute pricing strategy for Print categories, including list price positioning, promotional guardrails, and ongoing pricing actions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Regional teams to shape and influence demand, translating insights into category‑level actions.
• Drive Print inventory strategy, balancing availability, cash efficiency, and customer experience in partnership with Supply Chain and Planning teams.
• Provide expertise and guidance to cross‑functional project teams and contribute to process improvements, policy refinement, and best practices within Print category management.

Print Category Product Manager

• Spearhead TruckMate’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap while establishing clear OKRs and success metrics to measure market impact.
• Champion AI-driven methodologies to research customer problems, summarize complex feedback, and quickly build prototypes to validate ideas before engineering commitments.
• Orchestrate high-impact product launch planning and commercial strategies in close partnership with Sales, Product Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.
• Drive deep customer discovery and market research across transportation workflows to uncover critical pain points and prioritize major product investments.

• Work with Prior Authorization Leadership to execute goals and objectives for Navitus’ Prior Authorization System
• Ensure successful execution of testing of system enhancements, writing detailed test cases, managing bugs, and documenting results within required timeframes
• Maintain business process knowledge around the clinical and PA Specialist day-to-day processes
• Ensure that system enhancements, testing issues, and information about PA system releases are communicated timely to the Clinical and PA Operations team
• Execute on project work associated with Navitus’ Prior Authorization System from inception through completion. Ensure implantation is successful and seamless for end users
• Work with end users to suggest enhancements to the system or workflow processes to meet the needs of the business.
• Identify and document requirements for new processes, services, and changes to existing processes and services to achieve department business and strategic goals

• Drive product-led growth (PLG) by designing self-service experiences that accelerate adoption, reduce friction, and expand usage organically across government agencies and their constituents
• Balance immediate client needs with long-term platform evolution, scalability, and differentiation when making prioritization and roadmap decisions
• Lead the strategy and roadmap for horizontal platform capabilities including notification systems, identity verification, MFA, SSO, authorization, and reporting infrastructure

Staff Product Manager – DMV

• Ensure the timely and flawless execution of Medicaid clinical program mailings, reporting and interventions.
• Measure key performance indicators (e.g. uptake, clinical outcomes, mailing costs, mail return rate, ROI, Star Ratings and trends, revenue, etc.) for assigned clinical products and communicate areas of improvement.
• Assess product capacity for managing new clients.
• Participate in Medicaid clinical product development and execute the product roadmap within scope, time and budget.
• Develop a keen understanding of Medicaid clinical products in the PBM industry in order to work collaboratively to expand product offerings, refine current product positioning and develop key messages for both existing and potential clients.
• Assist in analyzing the products performance, position, and utility for our clients and their members.
• Ensure assigned Medicaid clinical products meet all regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with key cross-functional areas (Clinical Engagement Center, IT, Population Health, Customer Care, Finance, Client Services, and Clinical Services) about product executions in a timely and effective manner.
• Participate in the development of marketing materials related to Medicaid clinical services.
• Conduct opportunity analyses for prospective and/or current clients in consultation with the Clinical Account Executives or GCS Leadership.
• Articulate the clinical and technical aspects of the program and its benefit to our clients and members.
• Develop and continually improve strategies, objectives and policies for the assigned products / programs, and establish and monitor high performance standards and productivity measures / targets.
• Assure appropriate testing has been conducted by staff for any system/app enhancement or break-fix.

Clinical Product Manager – Medicaid

• Designs research software products under the guidance of the Director of Product, Life Sciences.
• Responsible for product design and development, commercialization of products, and engagement of customers’ product lines.
• Identifies product gaps and generates new ideas to grow market share and improve customer experience.
• Aligns stakeholders with the product strategy through strong communication.
• Responsible for translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
