Product Manager

• As a Product Manager at our tech startup, you will be responsible for driving the success of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
• Tracking industry trends and the competitive landscape as you pertain to the product.
• Assessing the business objectives and customer problems.
• Driving the roadmap prioritization based on the results impact and cost, conceptual thinking, and execution of new and existing products.
• Working hand in hand with stakeholders to ensure that the objectives align with their pain points. Deep diving into the problem discovery and research in the field with real customers. Writing well-crafted EPICs and user stories to define the problem, goal, solution, and success metrics.
• Collaborating with the product design team to help them innovate a solution for the problem.
• Conducting user interviews to hit the pain points firsthand and validating design solution prototypes before developing them.
• Collaborating with the engineering team to think about the problem and how you will tackle the solution, then hand off the EPIC and user stories in an executable storytelling format.
• Preparing the sprint deliverables at the beginning of each sprint.
• Working and communicating closely with business stakeholders and non-technical teams to align their feedback pain points and priorities with your strategy and roadmap.
• Overseeing product performance metrics and taking actions needed to enhance it.
• Helping everyone see the bigger picture & solving holistic problems.
• Guiding, leading, and inspiring the assigned team to maximize their outcome and ensure alignment.

• Establish a comprehensive and accessible product information system

Product Manager – Oncology

• Lead Product Strategy: Define and Execute product strategies, roadmaps, and repositioning plans to drive brand growth and market share.
• Manage Campaigns & Awareness: Plan and implement patient awareness and digital marketing campaigns ensuring positive ROI and patient reach targets.
• Ensure Product Readiness: Coordinate product registrations, prepare promotional materials, and support product launches and events.
• Enable Sales Excellence: Conduct training sessions for sales teams, provide tools and materials, and monitor their performance against marketing objectives.
• Monitor Performance & KPIs: Track sales performance, ROI, and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities.

Assistant Product Manager

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the DigitalZone Super App, covering payments, user accounts, loyalty, and integrations with TicketZone and Rahal.
• Define product vision and strategy in alignment with company OKRs and market opportunities.
• Lead discovery and prioritization through user research, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews.
• Write clear, actionable PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations.
• Define and track key product KPIs including conversion rates, DAU/MAU, payment success rates, and user retention.
• Identify integration opportunities and dependencies across TicketZone, Rahal, and DigitalZone products.
• Manage external vendor and partner relationships where applicable.
• Champion a culture of experimentation — running A/B tests, iterating rapidly, and learning from data.
• Mentor junior PMs and contribute to building a high-performing product team.

• Prioritize backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and dependencies
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product demos in Agile environments

Senior Salesforce Product Owner – 8 months contract

• Digital Business Partnership & Roadmap Ownership: Own the Limitless Naturals digital product portfolio end-to-end, translate business priorities into digital requirements and investment cases, maintain a prioritized backlog aligned to cluster OKRs, and drive quarterly roadmap reviews with business and DT leadership.
• Cross-Vertical Service Delivery: Act as the primary liaison between Limitless Naturals and all DT verticals (AI & Data, IT, Oracle ERP, Demand Planning, Software, Contact Center), ensure all digital requests are scoped and tracked through the DT PMO framework with clear SLAs and ownership, and proactively manage cross-team dependencies and RACI clarity across all delivery streams.
• E-Commerce & DTC Ownership: Own the digital product vision for Limitless Naturals DTC and e-commerce—including platform management, performance optimization, and agency coordination; define and track DTC KPIs (traffic, conversion, cart abandonment, repeat purchase rate, and customer LTV); and ensure ERP integration, inventory sync, and order management workflows are robust and continuously optimized.
• AI & Data Enablement: Identify and prioritize AI use cases within the cluster (demand sensing, customer segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization); drive EVA AI adoption among business users; and define data requirements for cluster-specific dashboards and reporting.
• Governance & Reporting: Produce monthly digital progress reports covering roadmap status, delivery velocity, risks, and business impact; ensure all cluster digital investments comply with DT governance and approval frameworks.
