Product Manager

• We're looking for a Product Owner to help build the next generation of financing technology. You will play a key role in shaping a modern lending platform that enables financial institutions to launch and scale digital financing products with speed, flexibility, and regulatory confidence.
• You'll work closely with engineering, design, business, and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable product capabilities, with a strong focus on user experience, operational efficiency, and compliance.

• What you’ll do
• - Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business objectives.

Product Owner – Mid-level/Senior, Fintech & Lending

• Tackle hard, ambiguous questions with rigor and independence, owning projects from problem definition to final recommendation
• Lead new or early stage initiatives or products, often playing the role of multiple functions simultaneously in order to reach success
• Help shape the product roadmap for the Bask, leveraging competitive and user insights to help PMs and Engineering teams prioritize
• Define and maintain a clear and compelling product roadmap aligned with Bask Health's mission, ensuring the team is focused on delivering high-impact solutions.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive product development from concept to launch.
• Engage with customers, patients and partners to gather insights, ensuring that products are intuitive, user-friendly, and solve real-world problems.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring user needs are central to all product decisions.
• Work AI-first: Use LLMs as your starting point — to clarify thinking, draft output, research problems, and move faster. Apply your own judgment to refine quality and make it count.
• Validate and iterate: Test your work with real users and stakeholders. Use what you learn to improve before problems become patterns.
• Share AI-native workflows: Document prompts, processes, and workflows that work. Share them across your team so we raise the bar together.

Product Owner

• - **Market Research:** Conduct competitive analysis and user research to identify trends in the fintech landscape and gaps in our current product offerings.

• Emerging Markets Commercial responsibility/Launch Leadership for Imaavy plus Commercial responsibility for EMEA Value Maximizers PAH portfolio
• Commercial responsibility and cross functional coordination to make sure we maintain and grow the value of the portfolio in scope and launch successfully new brands, in close partnership with OPCO, Global team, ESO and other regional teams
• Activities in scope: brand strategy, promotional activities, launch preparation, BI/market data management, Gx/biosimilars entry monitoring, Lifecycle Management etc
• Lead growth projects to maximize the potential of brands in scope, through assessment of different Go-To-Market Models and development of relevant business cases (i.e. Digital commercial projects)
• Brand strategy & Planning activities for the brands in scope (BP, LRFP, IBP, PMR) to fully expose the markets’ potential
• Engage with external customers to collect insights and translate into tangible strategies and action plans

EMEA VMAX PAH Product Manager, Launch Lead

• Own the personal banking / consumer wallet product end-to-end, with adoption and active usage as your primary success metrics.
• Define and execute the strategy to drive wallet activation, funding, and repeat transactions — both within the super app (rides, deliveries) and in external use cases (P2P, bill payments, merchant payments).
• Design acquisition and activation funnels in partnership with growth and marketing; identify and remove the friction points that stop users from funding and using the wallet.
• Deeply understand the Algerian consumer — cash habits, trust barriers, and the behavioural shifts required to move people from cash to digital money.
• Run discovery: customer interviews, journey mapping, prototyping, and experiments to validate what will actually drive adoption at scale.
• Translate customer insights into a prioritised roadmap of features and experiments, tested with real users in market.
• Partner with engineering and design to ship high-quality consumer experiences — onboarding, KYC, top-up, send/receive, and transaction history — that feel effortless and trustworthy.
• Leverage Yassir’s existing super app surfaces (ride-hailing, delivery, agent network) as distribution channels for wallet adoption.
• Instrument the product with analytics; use funnel data, cohort retention, and transaction behaviour to make evidence-based decisions.
• Synthesise business, market, and customer needs into strategic, evidence-based recommendations for leadership.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep the squad delivering against roadmap and quality goals.

Senior Product Manager – Personal Banking

• Define and own the long-term platform and internal systems strategy aligned with business growth and regulatory requirements.
• Set platform principles and standards (API-first, reuse-driven, audit-ready, security-by-default).
• Proactively identify structural platform gaps and lead initiatives to address scalability, reliability, and operational risk.
• Lead product ownership for complex 3rd-party integrations, including:
• Identity and verification providers
• Credit bureaus and risk data services
• Banking, payments, and financing partners
• Government and regulatory systems
• Drive integration strategy across vendors, including:

Senior Product Manager

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to the development team and stakeholders.
• Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on user and business value.
