About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Emerging Markets Commercial responsibility/Launch Leadership for Imaavy plus Commercial responsibility for EMEA Value Maximizers PAH portfolio
  • Commercial responsibility and cross functional coordination to make sure we maintain and grow the value of the portfolio in scope and launch successfully new brands, in close partnership with OPCO, Global team, ESO and other regional teams
  • Activities in scope: brand strategy, promotional activities, launch preparation, BI/market data management, Gx/biosimilars entry monitoring, Lifecycle Management etc
  • Lead growth projects to maximize the potential of brands in scope, through assessment of different Go-To-Market Models and development of relevant business cases (i.e. Digital commercial projects)
  • Brand strategy & Planning activities for the brands in scope (BP, LRFP, IBP, PMR) to fully expose the markets’ potential
  • Engage with external customers to collect insights and translate into tangible strategies and action plans
  • Partner with other Therapeutic areas teams/IBVT to maximize synergies and ensure strategic alignment
  • Contribute to the potential strategic alliance initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required with 8+ years of professional experience in Commercial functions
  • Knowledge of Healthcare marketplace; strong understanding of JNJ IM Therapeutic Areas.
  • Multi-geographic experiences is preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking, pipeline planning
  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset, and solid industrial network to link the dots
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding ability to flex between big picture and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage scenarios with ambiguity
  • Superior ability to collaborate with peers, leaders and senior executives within a matrix environment
  • Capable of working in multi-cultural, cross-country environment
  • Ability to effectively manage and execute complex, multi-disciplinary projects
  • Strong understanding of growth drivers for emerging markets and interpret them into projects’ deliverables
  • Languages: English fluent, French or Arabic is a plus.
