About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and champion the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Lead and prioritize the product backlog across multiple teams or complex product areas.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with executive stakeholders to align product strategy with business objectives.
- Effectively communicate the product vision and roadmap to all stakeholders.
- Owning the product backlog, leading refinement meetings ensuring the team understands the "why" behind the work and are working on the right priorities for each sprint.
- Develop data-driven monetization trackers and define the KPIs and OKRs to measure product success and guide upcoming iterations.
- Mentor and guide other Product Owners/Managers and team members.
- Drive innovation and explore new product opportunities within the FinTech space.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, with a strong track record of successfully launching and managing digital & AI products, preferably within the financial services industry. Deep experience with Agile development methodologies is essential.
- Technical Skills:
- - Strong understanding of software & AI development processes and the ability to engage in technical discussions.
- - Deep familiarity with user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- - Solid knowledge of the relevant technology domain (e.g., AI, mobile development, Microservices).
- Soft Skills:
- - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- - Proven ability to prioritize effectively and make strategic decisions.
- - Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills.
- - Deep business acumen and a strong understanding of the financial services market.
- - Strong customer empathy and a passion for creating impactful user experiences.
- - Excellent command of English language, both verbal and written.
- - Proactive self-learner with a positive attitude and a strategic mindset.
