Product Manager

• Design and implement product strategies in line with the company’s vision
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle – from initial concept to successful market launch
• Define pricing, improve margins, and streamline the product portfolio in alignment with segment and category strategy
• Identify trends, customer needs, and innovation opportunities through in-depth analysis and “Voice of the Customer” insights
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Production to ensure smooth product management processes
• Provide expert support to the sales team on products, applications, and solutions
• Develop and maintain a targeted marketing mix and create impactful communication and training materials

Product Manager – Building

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with EPI’s strategic objectives for Merchant Enablement and POS solutions
• Own and manage the strategic roadmap for POS initiatives, including features, enhancements, and long-term platform evolution
• Prioritize product features and initiatives based on user needs, market opportunities, ROI, and business impact
• Drive data-informed product decisions through market research, competitor analysis, customer feedback, and product performance insights
• Continuously report and align with the Head of Product regarding roadmap progress, priorities, and delivery status
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and other teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable product development plans
• Balance technical constraints and business priorities to ensure alignment between engineering feasibility and product vision
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams to ensure successful product adoption and merchant experience
• Collaborate with EPI Member Banks to align on strategic priorities and future POS development opportunities
• Represent EPI and advocate for POS initiatives with internal and external stakeholders across the payments ecosystem
• Contribute to building scalable, seamless, and innovative payment experiences for merchants and consumers across Europe

Product Manager – Merchant Enablement

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clear and consistent input is provided to external contractors throughout the full development cycle;
• Work within an agile environment, setting priorities and defining business value and functionality for the development team;
• Oversee activities across multiple projects and contractors, tracking progress, ensuring quality and gathering input from relevant teams;
• Maintain a strong understanding of project goals and objectives;
• Review and validate requirements, taking into account input from key stakeholders and partner organisations;
• Propose practical solutions by combining technology and improvements to business processes;
• Contribute to planning and scheduling work within development cycles (sprints);
• Review deliverables and product features at the end of each development cycle;
• Organise and support live product demonstrations;
• Monitor progress and support reporting activities;
• Support clear communication and transparency across teams and stakeholders;
• Help prioritise and resolve issues or bugs;
• Collaborate closely with analysts, architects, stakeholders, project managers, and developers.

Agile Product Owner

• Deeply and independently understand, define, and articulate customer problems and opportunities across different markets and use cases by conducting user interviews, analyzing data, and performing competitive research
• Translate insights into clear product requirements and narratives, and collaborate closely with engineering to shape actionable specifications
• Balance customer needs, business impact, and technical constraints to define and deliver the right solutions
• Drive execution with a strong sense of urgency while maintaining a high bar for product quality and user experience
• Define success metrics, evaluate product impact, and iterate based on insights
• Help engineers deeply understand user needs, empowering them to make great product decisions
• Become an expert in our product, our customers, and the evolving SEO/AI search landscape
• Continuously monitor industry trends and bring relevant insights into product strategy

Senior Product Manager

• Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap across Flosum's five product lines: DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.
• Identify whitespace opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem where Flosum can create new categories or capture market share from competitors.
• Translate deep Salesforce platform knowledge (metadata architecture, deployment models, Agentforce, Data Cloud, multi-org environments) into product capabilities that enterprise customers will pay premium prices for.
• Lead the next wave of AI-powered DevOps capabilities built on Agentforce, including intelligent deployment agents, AI-driven code review, automated security scanning, and predictive release management.
• Engage directly with Fortune 500 customers and prospects to deeply understand their pain points around Salesforce development, security, compliance, and data management.
• Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You do the work, not just delegate it.
• Partner with engineering to deliver on aggressive timelines. Own sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination.
