Senior Product UI/UX Designer

• - One coherent system. Take a fragmented multi-app experience and unify it. Build the design system that lets us ship faster without it looking like five different teams did the work. Arabic-first, RTL done right, not bolted on.
• - The hard flows. Fleet dashboards dense with data. A driver flow that works one-handed at a pump. A wallet that has to satisfy both a nervous first-time user and SAMA. You'll lead these yourself.
• - The B2C app, fully. Our consumer app is young and you'll own its design outright, direction down to detail, plus the bridges between a company's fleet and the personal cars its employees drive.
• - How we work, not just what we ship. We're betting that AI changes how design, product, and engineering get done, not just what ends up on screen. You'll lead that bet. Test new tools and methods, find the ones that actually make us faster, and pull the rest of the org along. Curiosity here is part of the job, not a side hobby.
• - Proof, not opinion. Usability tests, analytics, real driver and admin feedback from the ground. We decide with evidence.
• - A team and a bar. Mentor the designers we have, help hire the ones we need, and run reviews that make everyone's work sharper.

Product Design Lead

• Design process from concept to execution.
• Create user personas, customer journey maps, user flows, wireframes, site maps and other UX documentation to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Interpret and translate wireframes into tangible and compelling experiences.
• Expertise in creating comprehensive design systems, including reusable component libraries, to streamline design processes and implement nested component architectures for modular design and customization.
• Ability to take design decisions based on a strategic design roadmap or personal design expertise and reasoning.
• Create documentation and guidelines for effective usage of design system components.
• Manage the entire design workflow, from initial wireframes and prototypes to final delivery to developers.
• Collaborate closely with development teams for seamless integration of design components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and usability.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Product managers and Engineers.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.

UI/UX Designer

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
• Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Design consistent, scalable UI components and design systems.
• Ensure designs align with business goals, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate design handoff and implementation.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving design processes within the team.

Senior UI/UX Designer – UI Focused

• Design and produce printed product materials, including user guides, inserts, instruction sheets, and other in-package collateral
• Incorporate product information, brand standards, photo editing, layout design, and copy formatting into finished materials
• Translate brand strategy and creative direction into cohesive and engaging physical product designs
• Redesign and refresh existing product designs to align with evolving brand standards and compliance requirements
• Develop and collaborate on creative bottle and packaging concepts suitable for mass production
• Ensure all designs meet print and production standards
• Update packaging and printed materials to reflect regulatory requirements, including state-by-state revisions
• Partner with Product and Compliance teams to ensure instructional materials meet regulatory, print, and production requirements
• Review physical and digital proofs to ensure design accuracy, quality, and consistency before production
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure packaging designs meet manufacturing specifications and production requirements
• Execute packaging designs for product launches and updates under the direction of the Product Manager and CEO
• Interpret feedback from Product leadership and execute revisions with precision and attention to detail
• Identify opportunities to improve design workflows, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration
• Create 3D renderings, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design intent and validate manufacturability
• Maintain organized file systems, version control processes, and documentation for design assets
• Support ongoing brand evolution while maintaining consistency across products and platforms
• Ensure final design files are properly prepared and ready for handoff to manufacturing partners

• Plan and conduct user research activities to understand user needs and pain points.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to visualize user interactions.
• Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces across platforms.
• Create and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Conduct usability testing and analyze results to iterate on designs.

• Partner closely with our Design Managers, Product Lead and Engineering Manager to participate in shaping our strategy and roadmap for the Foodics Design System and design process.
• Work with the Product Design Manager to scope project work (in partnership with PMs, Data and engineers) and help define the design process and timeline to implement them.
• Inspire fellow product designers, by creating a high bar of quality design work
• Push the boundaries of the team’s execution and help Foodics challenge the status quo.
• Be a technical reference for the team, seeking to adapt and replicate the best practices in the market, increasing the team’s bar.
