About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in designing user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and/or mobile products under the guidance of senior designers.
- Support the team in conducting user research, gathering feedback, and translating insights into design improvements.
- Help create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design constraints.
- Contribute to and help maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across products.
- Participate in design critiques and brainstorming sessions, offering and receiving feedback constructively.
- Assist in usability testing sessions and help document findings and recommendations.
- Stay curious about design trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of design principles, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) fundamentals.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A portfolio showcasing personal, academic, or freelance design projects (even conceptual ones).
- Strong visual and creative sensibility with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to present and explain design decisions.
- Eager to learn, open to feedback, and proactive in seeking guidance.
- Interest in pursuing a career in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
