• The PPC Manager will report to the Director of Paid Advertising and oversee a portfolio of clients' paid media strategies.
• Responsibilities include innovating and refining advertising efforts, improving internal processes, and delivering exceptional service and results to retain and grow clients.

PPC Manager

• Assist with the execution of digital advertising campaigns on various advertising platforms, including Meta and Google.
• Manage the creative production of digital advertising images and copy, including collecting feedback and edits, and getting certifications and approvals to run all ads.
• Help manage the relationship and work of the advertising agency.
• Create regular reports on PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheets report on performance of advertising efforts, audience performance, and creative performance.
• Request and manage translation requests for upcoming creatives and ad copy.
• Support various global homeland regions in the execution of localized digital advertising campaigns, including audience building, campaign building, and campaign optimization.
• Communicate and collaborate with homeland marketing managers, outside agencies, and executive teams to increase digital advertising performance.

Paid Advertising Intern

• Lead the end-to-end trafficking process within CM360, including placement creation, creative assignment, and tracking ad delivery.
• Manage advanced floodlight configurations and Amazon tags, including custom variables and enhanced conversions.
• Manage strategic account architecture set up to align with clients business, measurement and goals.
• Oversee the implementation of complex 3rd-party tracking (e.g., IAS, DoubleVerify) to maintain brand safety and viewability standards.
• Provide QA for all campaign assets, ensuring technical specifications, landing pages, and tracking pixels are functioning perfectly before launch.
• Monitor daily delivery and discrepancies, proactively troubleshooting ad serving issues or data mismatches between platforms.
• Optimize ad server settings (frequency capping, rotation, and sequencing) to maximize campaign efficiency and reach.
• Analyze and report on cross-channel performance, leveraging CM360’s attribution modeling to provide a unified view of the customer journey.
• Utilize Report Builder and Data Studio to create custom dashboards that highlight delivery trends and actionable technical insights.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for internal teams (Programmatic, Paid Social, Search) to ensure integrated tracking across the full media stack.
• Lead technical onboarding for new clients, establishing best practices for account structure and naming conventions.
• Assist in quarterly or monthly client sessions, presenting strategic insights that align with client business objectives and KPIs, while proactively identifying new opportunities to enhance performance.

Campaign Manager, Ad Ops – Temporary

• Own Kin's paid social campaigns end-to-end — audience targeting, bid strategy, ad concepts, and budget allocation — with an initial focus on scaling spend on Meta and expanding to additional platforms as value is proven out
• Build and optimize display and programmatic advertising campaigns across the Google Display Network and other relevant placements, driving awareness and consideration among target homeowner audiences with a sharp eye on downstream conversion metrics
• Lead Kin's remarketing and retargeting strategy across paid social and display, building audience segments based on site behavior, quote progress, policy status, and price competitiveness to turn abandoned quotes into bound policies
• Define audience strategy for both prospecting and retargeting across paid social and display, demonstrating deep knowledge of Kin's target customer and the right platform-specific levers to pull
• Develop creative briefs and testing roadmaps in partnership with the design team, running structured tests across copy, visuals, formats, and CTAs to continuously improve performance
• Monitor campaign performance daily and drive data-driven optimizations to hit efficiency and volume targets, partnering with Marketing Analytics to build reporting that produces meaningful, actionable reads on every test
• Partner cross-functionally with Organic Social, Product, Marketing Analytics, and Brand & Content teams to achieve acquisition goals
• Use LLMs, including Claude, to accelerate iteration and execution — taking campaigns from idea to in-market faster and enhancing performance analysis once campaigns are live

Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social, Display

• Develop and oversee multi-channel programmatic media strategies including Display, OLV, CTV, DOOH, Audio, and Native.
• Identify third-party data segments, manage audience lists, and curate publisher lists.
• Negotiate and implement direct and private marketplace (PMP) deals with media partners.
• Manage the entire campaign lifecycle, including setup, trafficking, QA, and launch within DSPs such as DV360 and Amazon DSP.
• Monitor campaign pacing, ad verification, brand safety, and viewability daily to ensure flawless execution.
• Execute continuous optimization through bid adjustments, targeting refinement, and A/B testing.
• Interpret and report on attribution models to illustrate the impact of programmatic tactics on the full funnel.
• Optimize campaigns through data-driven insights and performance tracking while highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations.
• Leverage Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Marketing Cloud Intelligence to track, measure, and report on the success of paid media campaigns.
• Collaborate with the immediate team and cross-departmentally on marketing strategies aligned with client business goals.
• Work cross-functionally with AdOps, SEM, and Paid Social teams to ensure integrated media strategies.

Programmatic Campaign Manager – Temporary

• Own the demand-generation strategy with a relentless focus on pipeline creation, conversion, and ROI.
• Run and optimize SEO and SEM programs in partnership with external agencies, ensuring measurable outcomes.
• Build, execute, and analyze multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified leads and accelerate the funnel.
• Develop and manage an annual content plan including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, email workflows, and thought leadership.
• Ensure content aligns to the buyer journey and supports both acquisition and retention.
• Oversee website strategy, performance, optimization, and analytics.
• Plan and execute industry events and tradeshows from concept to post-event ROI analysis.
• Partner closely with Sales to align campaigns, enablement materials, and lead management processes.

• Own B2C growth across paid, ambassador, organic, referral, partnerships, and event channels.
• Build and scale repeatable acquisition engines targeting healthcare student communities; prioritize by CAC efficiency and conversion potential.
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google (with room to test new platforms).
• Own budget allocation with clear CAC and ROAS accountability; make data-driven reallocation decisions.
• Develop differentiated positioning for med, NP, and PA students.
• Translate product features into high-converting value propositions across ads, landing pages, and lead-gen assets.
