About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The PPC Manager will report to the Director of Paid Advertising and oversee a portfolio of clients' paid media strategies.
- Responsibilities include innovating and refining advertising efforts, improving internal processes, and delivering exceptional service and results to retain and grow clients.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Develop, implement, and refine high-performing paid media campaigns that address industry challenges, solve business problems, and highlight differentiated value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, creative services, and fulfillment) to identify new opportunities for client success.
- Be an expert in platforms like Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn, capable of running campaigns on any of these platforms.
- Planning and executing campaign strategies aligned with client goals.
- Reporting on product KPIs and objectives.
- Ensuring superior delivery of products to clients in collaboration with internal teams.
- Strategizing and executing roadmaps and large-scale initiatives with client services and product teams.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends to keep Big Leap ahead of the curve.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of 5 years of experience in paid advertising.
- At least 2 years of experience in an agency or similarly fast-paced environment.
- Strong skills in Google Ads or Meta Ads and the ability to contribute from day one.
- Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with current AI tools and trends.
- Experience in client-facing roles and building strong client relationships.
- The ability to travel to the Big Leap office as required.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Prompt and regular attendance.
