• Coordinate pillar execution across Academy, assessments/frameworks, onboarding, and community formats
• Maintain integrated project plans, timelines, trackers, governance cadences, and repositories
• Prepare meetings, agendas, follow-ups, and decision logs across global stakeholders
• Support rollout readiness for key initiatives such as learning roadmaps, onboarding series, feedback formats, and global/regional activation formats
• Create and refine presentations, dashboards, progress reviews, KPI trackers, and update materials
• Track deliverables, risks, dependencies, and escalation points across the People & Culture portfolio
• Support consistency of tools, templates, documentation, and ways of working across the pillar
• Partner closely with the two pillar leads to translate strategic concepts into executable workplans

Customer Excellence – People & Culture

• Contribute to the conception and implementation of HR projects collaborating closely with HR teams in Germany and Austria (e.g., process optimization, new HR formats, tools or initiatives)
• Create presentations, decision papers and communication materials for various stakeholders
• Conduct general analyses and surveys and prepare data reports
• Support preliminary planning, event management and coordination
• Cooperate and negotiate with external service providers (e.g., hotels, catering companies)
• Research and prepare information on HR-relevant topics
• Actively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR processes, standards, and methodologies in an international context

HR Specialist – People Development and Learning

• Manage inbound queries from IFF employees via the Ticket Service System
• Provide consistent and accurate support using the HR knowledge base
• Educate employees and managers on available HR resources and self-service tools
• Escalate or redirect inquiries to appropriate HR or external teams (e.g., Payroll)
• Maintain and update employee data in HRIS systems throughout the employee lifecycle
• Create and manage employee documentation and personnel files
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
• Identify and relay opportunities for process improvement
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and support peers in problem resolution
