About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage inbound queries through the Ticket Service System from IFF employees.
- Leverage knowledge bases to provide consistent customer service and effective solutions to employee and manager inquiries.
- Educate employees and managers on available HR resources and encourage the use of self-service tools.
- Redirect or escalate inquiries as appropriate within Human Resources Shared Services, Human Resources Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, or Payroll teams.
- Maintain employee data in Human Resources Information Systems, including employee lifecycle changes.
- Create and maintain employee documentation, including personnel files and records retention activities.
- Apply sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Identify opportunities to improve daily processes and support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members while supporting ad hoc projects and operational activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent French and English language skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong desire to resolve issues effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-versed in handling confidential HR information with a high level of professionalism.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; typing proficiency is required.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy and timeliness while managing a high volume of inquiries.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build strong partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, global environment while balancing multiple priorities.
