About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage inbound queries through the Ticket Service System from IFF employees.
  • Leverage knowledge bases to provide consistent customer service and effective solutions to employee and manager inquiries.
  • Educate employees and managers on available HR resources and encourage the use of self-service tools.
  • Redirect or escalate inquiries as appropriate within Human Resources Shared Services, Human Resources Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, or Payroll teams.
  • Maintain employee data in Human Resources Information Systems, including employee lifecycle changes.
  • Create and maintain employee documentation, including personnel files and records retention activities.
  • Apply sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Identify opportunities to improve daily processes and support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members while supporting ad hoc projects and operational activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent French and English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a strong desire to resolve issues effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-versed in handling confidential HR information with a high level of professionalism.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; typing proficiency is required.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy and timeliness while managing a high volume of inquiries.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build strong partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, global environment while balancing multiple priorities.
