Payroll Manager

• Lead payroll operations for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with legal and contractual requirements
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, effective communication, and high-quality service delivery
• Manage client requests, define action plans, and ensure timely resolution of issues and inquiries
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with established processes
• Monitor payroll KPIs and operational metrics, provide insights, and identify opportunities for improvement

Payroll Supervisor

• Process and verify payroll, ensuring accuracy of calculations and adherence to deadlines.
• Handle payroll-related labor and social security contributions, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.
• Manage statutory filings and ancillary obligations, including eSocial, FGTS, and other legal submissions.
• Conduct reviews and analyze discrepancies, proposing corrective actions and process improvements.
• Serve as a point of contact for HR, Finance, and Audit teams, ensuring process alignment and smooth operations.
• Support continuous improvement of payroll processes, including digitization and automation.

Payroll Analyst (Mid-level)

• Perform Personnel/HR routines: hiring (admissions), terminations, vacations, payroll, and timekeeping
• Perform payroll calculations, reconciliations, and payroll closing
• Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation
• Handle statutory/legal obligations such as eSocial, DCTF, and E-CAC / Federal Revenue Service
• Provide support to employees (requests and inquiries) with clarity and quality
• Support internal audits and regulatory inspections
• Contribute to process improvements and increased operational efficiency

Payroll Analyst (Mid-Level) – PWD

• Responsible for end-to-end management of payroll for independent contractors (PJ), including daily, weekly and biweekly payments.
• Handle high-volume payroll operations, including managing multiple CNPJs (company tax registrations) simultaneously.
• Provide employee support to resolve payroll-related questions.
• Maintain direct communication with the finance department.
• Ensure accuracy and organization in payroll processes.

Payroll Analyst

• Conduct client training, enablement, and onboarding processes
• Deliver remote training to enable users to operate the payroll processes/system
• Map clients' HR/personnel and payroll processes and recommend best practices
• Support and monitor clients throughout the training period
• Produce support materials (guides, manuals, FAQs)
• Provide consultative support to clients
• Ensure clients' processes are aligned with the implemented system

Payroll Implementation Analyst – Junior

• Lead training, onboarding and guidance processes so clients can operate the solution autonomously and efficiently
• Deliver remote training sessions to enable users to operate payroll procedures
• Map clients' HR/payroll processes and recommend best practices for system usage
• Support clients during the training period, ensuring correct system configuration and use
• Produce support materials (guides, manuals, FAQs) for user training
• Provide consultative support to clients, answering questions related to payroll routines
• Ensure alignment between clients' processes and the implemented system
