About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The role’s mission is to support payroll routines and benefits administration, ensuring organization and accurate verification of information.
  • The challenge of the position is to learn and grow in the area, contributing to the execution of day-to-day activities, meeting deadlines and providing clear, attentive support to employees.
  • Payroll: Support the collection, verification and input of data, ensuring the accuracy of information for monthly processing.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of benefits (health, dental, meal/food vouchers — VR/VA, transportation — VT), including onboarding new employees, updating records and responding to inquiries.
  • Compensation: Collaborate on maintaining salary tables and assist in preparing analyses and proposals for adjustments and personnel movements.
  • Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for employees, resolving questions about pay slips, vacation, benefits, working hours and other HR processes.
  • Timekeeping: Assist in managing the electronic timekeeping system, monitoring inconsistencies and ensuring correct accounting of overtime, absences and time bank.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources Management or related fields (in progress or completed).
  • Introductory courses in Payroll, Labor Law and Benefits.
  • Initial certifications, such as eSocial (desirable).
  • Basic knowledge of data entry procedures and payroll processing.
  • Understanding of benefit enrollment, maintenance and updates.
  • Initial ability to review and interpret simple data, such as discrepancies in payroll and time records.
  • Ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in processed data.
  • Participation in payroll closing processes and benefits updates.
  • Experience supporting internal audits, especially those related to payroll and legal compliance.
  • Experience with administrative and operational routines within HR.
