• Guide Marketing through quarterly and annual planning, ensuring clear objectives, priorities, and alignment
• Alongside functional leads, translate strategy into structured, executable, feasible plans with clear ownership, sequencing, and decision points

Marketing Operations Lead

• Manage the daily "upkeep" of the Sales Enablement Hub, ensuring all links, folders, and assets are functioning and correctly categorized.
• Conduct regular audits of the hub to identify outdated materials; coordinate with content owners to ensure assets are refreshed or archived.
• Assist in the uploading and tagging of new marketing collateral (whitepapers, case studies, one-pagers) to ensure high searchability for the sales team.
• Perform "light" edits to pitch decks, including data updates, localized text swaps, and branding touch-ups to support immediate sales needs.
• Provide operational assistance to the External Events Lead for major industry conferences (e.g., managing rooming lists, delegate registration, and pass allocations).
• Assist the Internal Brand Lead with logistics for partner events, ensuring attendee data is accurate and communication flows are maintained.
• Act as the administrative point of contact for event agencies, ensuring all necessary documentation and briefs are shared on time.
• Facilitate the vendor setup process by managing invitations and registrations within our procurement platform.
• Verify vendor status against historical budgets to ensure accurate financial reporting and prevent processing delays.
• Maintain our Global Events calendar and tasks, ensuring real-time accuracy of budget approvals, payment statuses, and project timelines.

B2B Marketing Operations Coordinator

• Act as the day-to-day owner of the firm’s pitch and RFP automation technology, ensuring it is stable, well configured and fit for purpose
• Translate user needs and business priorities into practical system enhancements and configuration changes
• Monitor usage, adoption and performance metrics to ensure the technology delivers measurable value across the organisation
• Optimise and embed AI capabilities within the pitching and RFP processes to improve efficiency, quality and consistency of outputs
• Own the Ogier-wide approach to capturing, structuring and maintaining credentials, experience and other core pitch and RFP data
• Define and implement data standards, governance and quality controls to ensure information is accurate, current and suitable for client-facing use

BD & Marketing Operations Manager – Pitch & RFP

• **What you’ll be doing:**
• - Support the planning and deployment of customer communication campaigns through multiple digital channels and diverse technologies.
• - Monitor and assess the ongoing performance of customer communications against various criteria including commercial results, customer experience and regulatory compliance.
• - Develop, maintain and enhance digital communication channels such as personalised product videos to support the ongoing delivery of Customer Understanding within Consumer Duty.
