• Você atuará como profissional autônomo com as seguintes atribuições:
• Inicialmente, se dedicará exclusivamente ao curso preparatório da MAG Universidade para obtenção da habilitação técnico profissional junto a Susep;
• Após a conquista da Habilitação:
• Identificará potenciais clientes para abordar, utilizando sua Rede de Relacionamento para agendamento de entrevistas de vendas e solicitação de indicações;
• Fará telemarketing ativo para agendar entrevistas de vendas;
• Realizará as entrevistas de vendas, identificando as necessidades de proteção financeira do prospect e ofertando as soluções mais adequadas a cada perfil;
• Gerenciará a sua carteira de clientes com foco na sustentabilidade financeira do seu negócio.

Vendas – Seguro de Vida e Previdência, Autônomo

• Administração de apólices: Coordenar e verificar o cumprimento de todas as apólices de seguro contratadas pela empresa, garantindo cobertura oportuna contra riscos que possam afetar a operação;
• Assessoria às áreas internas: Apoiar e orientar as diferentes áreas na identificação e contratação de seguros adequados, garantindo alinhamento com as mudanças organizacionais e operacionais;
• Renovações: Liderar o processo de renovação de apólices, convocando comitês com áreas interessadas para validar necessidades e ajustes;
• Relacionamento com corretores de seguros: Supervisionar a gestão dos corretores por meio de reuniões trimestrais, garantindo o cumprimento dos acordos de serviço;
• Gestão de sinistros: Coordenar e acompanhar os processos de sinistros junto às seguradoras, zelando pelo reembolso oportuno de eventos cobertos;
• Controle de ressarcimentos e retornos administrativos: Monitorar os seguros que geram ressarcimentos ou retornos, garantindo sua rastreabilidade e a entrada efetiva na empresa;
• Gestão orçamentária: Estimar e controlar o orçamento anual de prêmios de seguro, elaborando relatórios de execução mensal e análise de variações;
• Estratégia e análise de riscos: Projetar e executar estratégias de cobertura focadas especialmente em linhas-chave, como apólices de aviação, fianças e D&O;
• Preparação de apresentações executivas e roadshows: Consolidar relatórios para a alta direção e participar de apresentações-chave com stakeholders internos e externos;
• Análise financeira de provisões: Calcular provisões relacionadas a seguros em conjunto com a área financeira, contribuindo para o planejamento financeiro corporativo.

Coordenador de Seguros

• Analyze incoming requests and judicial case files

Insurance Analyst — Judicial Guarantee Insurance

• Initially, you will dedicate yourself exclusively to MAG University's preparatory course to obtain the professional technical license with SUSEP (Brazilian Private Insurance Regulator);
• Identify potential clients to approach, using your network to schedule sales meetings and request referrals;
• Conduct outbound telemarketing to schedule sales interviews;
• Carry out sales interviews, identify prospects' financial protection needs and offer the solutions best suited to each profile;
• Manage your client portfolio with a focus on the financial sustainability of your business.

Commercial Manager – Sales, Life Insurance and Retirement Plans

• Provide service to a portfolio of high-complexity clients via in-person, telephone and/or digital channels, ensuring each client is served according to their needs in an agile and accurate manner.
• Deliver customer support with attentive treatment grounded in dialogue and understanding of needs, in order to clarify doubts and provide the necessary information regarding coverage processes for insurable and non-insurable benefits.
• Support clients with reimbursement requests and/or preliminary reimbursement/pre-authorization, through in-person, telephone and/or digital channels, to ensure effective reimbursement of expenses incurred for care received outside the accredited network.
• Perform the necessary procedures to conduct market studies by collecting the data and information required to complete quotation forms, with the aim of identifying the best terms and options for the client within the renewal timeframe.
• Prepare reports and/or presentations with claims indicators by organizing data, information and quantitative and qualitative analyses, to provide clients with the results of their policy.
• Identify improvement opportunities through mappings performed during process execution, application of procedures and workflows, with the purpose of suggesting actions that enable continuous improvement in customer service.

• Develop analyses based on the distribution of performance indicators, creating action plans to support leadership;
• Clear, instructional communication to guide peer teams and facilitate agendas;
• Proactive and organized profile, with a focus on execution and monitoring results;
• Participate in ad hoc studies and innovation initiatives aimed at optimizing the commercialization of insurance products.

Senior Product Analyst

• Conduct auto insurance contracts by understanding the client's situation and helping them find the best solutions to meet all needs and identify the most suitable product and/or service.
• Support the client in defining the most appropriate proposal by analyzing the needs presented to help prevent future issues in the event of a claim.
• Identify the client's profile by analyzing information and/or data in tools and/or query systems to guide assertive actions related to retention of products and/or services.
• Perform automobile client retention through actions that create an attractive and differentiated commercial relationship, with the goal of renewing insurance for low-complexity products and/or services.
• Carry out other related professional activities inherent to the role as required by the area’s needs or demand, through training, professional qualification, and guidance from the immediate leader, in order to ensure continuous professional development.
• Actively contribute to the development of performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), and new company projects.
